Dropped my 73 Nova off with a 396 BBC for carburetor and timing adjustment. I was at the point of being super frustrated and not being able to time it or adjust it anymore to make it run perfectly. Alex and his team diagnosed the issues and recommended replacing the faulty MSD distributor, replacing spark plugs and damaged spark plug wires. After replacing those items and setting correct timing the car runs like a beast. This 3 year build is finally coming together and I can’t say enough about the appreciation I have for Alex and his guys in making that happen. Thanks again guys

They did a vehicle inspection on a vehicle I've been considering purchasing from a private party and I feel they did a great job. Alex told me prior to the inspection that he won't be advising me on whether or not to buy the vehicle. The report listed everything, even some very minor things. Which was nice because now there won't be any surprises right away. It only cost $50, which I feel is fair. Especially when it took him an hour or more, and usually a mechanics wage is higher than $50 per hour.

Was on my way home from a family get together in the Orchards and my car broke down late in the evening. The next day I couldn't find anyplace that wasn't a week out from even seeing the car. The dealership recommended Wilson AutoTech. They were able to get me back on the road in two days, even though they were also swamped with business. Having lived all over the country I have found it difficult to find a decent mechanic. I highly recommend Wilson AutoTech. And while I hope I never break down again, I know where in Lewiston to take my vehicle. Thank you again for a professional positive experience.

These people are either incompetent or don't care or? I took my f350 powerstroke in for some maintenance and repair and not only did they not communicate the fact that they were taking much longer than originally quoted but they didn't do half the work that I requested done and I supplied the parts. One thing that was being done was the oil cooler and which should have included and oil change. The oil did not get changed and it was low by about 2 quarts. They also either knocked an injection wire off or didn't plug it in. Maybe they just don't know diesels. I did call and talk to the owner and in all fairness they refunded a fair amount of money however I will not be back nor will I recommend it to anyone. There is a severe lack of craftsmanship

Alex and the crew at Wilson Auto Tech went above and beyond my expectations. My vehicle had issues for years and they got them fixed for a decent price and great customer service. Will be going back for sure.

My car started acting up when I got into town from Coeurd'alene and I didnt know what to do. I found Wilson Auto Tech and Alex was amazing. He even drove me to my son's baseball game while he fixed it. I am so thankful to have found this place so that I could get my car fixed and was able to get back home!

Took my card there diagnosed it told me if I brought a wiring harness it would be an easy fix I took the wiring harness into it they had it for a week and told me it would be $1,600 to fix it or they couldn't fix it the way it was with the new harness so they charged me $300 to do nothing

I first went to Walmart to get a stripped bolt off. They couldn't do it and referred me to Wilson's AutoTech. I'm so glad they did. Now I always take our vehicles to them and recommend them. They are good to their promises, get the job done, are always on time, fix things right the first time, they're courteous, affordable, and very personable. I plan on sticking with them. I know how hard it is to find a good and decent mechanic.
