The service here is top notch. While changing the brakes on my truck last night, I found that I had an exploded caliper. I called for parts at ten minutes before closing time. Not only did they have what I needed at a very good price, they delivered it to me 15 miles away, after hours, at no additional cost. As a first time customer, I am very impressed with their service and cannot express how they saved the day for me! I would strongly recommend them for all of your automotive needs...

Basically to make a longl story semi long, brought my snowmobile in here for repairs only about a 6 -$700 96 Polaris 600 triple, older carbureted Fuji motor was going to have them installed a new recoil line , a carb clean and a new belt. For this it ran me $300 which wasn't anything I was worried about until I found out the snowmobile carburetor cleaning did absolutely nothing, also recoil line was the wrong recoil line size and does not feed through the recoil grommet. Mechanic tried to explain that the recoil spring is bad but I explained to him the spring isn't even the problem since the line is too fat to even fit back through the feed return hole. They did offered to have it come back but again this is a joke because I can give him already $300 to only get basically a new belt on the machine and now we'll have to be replacing the recoil line myself and figure out why it's still having a hard time starting up which again could be due to easily flooding the carbs which will be addressed by jetting. But I was told that with this $300 I would pick up my sled running great and to this matter this is the farthest thing from I'm big into supporting my up north businesses but after being a taken advantage like this I could never have someone I know go into this place other than for a part to do it themselves. I live almost three hours away from this place so for the offer to come back at that point again just doesn't make any sense. To make this clear the review is for the mechanical side of the business not the part side.

Yesterday they had brakes today they do not lol told on the phone yes get there and get told no (from same lady) today... and she didn't know the make of a crown victoria, guess you don't need to know anything if working there.

I haven't been in Willy D's but my husband has he likes it veteran-friendly and easy to talk to people
