Clean, classy, and cool. They have a nice selection of clothes that look casual yet high-quality, a lot of which are sold at fair prices. The atmosphere of the store is stylish, with employees who are a balanced mixture of friendly and aloof, which gives you some space to shop in peace. The store is organized well and it's easy to look around for potential buys. I found a great tan bomber jacket that I fell in love with at first sight and bought happily.
I absolutely love this place. 100% support local businesses. Come in and see the new seasonal selection! Wow. Be that as it may, the return policy is absolutely trash. 30 days max for gift returns. Please, (owner) think about your patrons and all they have been through these few years. Consider offering at least an in store credit exchange. What say you?
Perhaps one of the more fashionable/trendy clothing and accessory shops in the Vancouver area. Very helpful and friendly sales team. Very nice boutique. They now let you try on clothes, which made my wife quite happy since most pants are too short for her.
Local, family owned, amazing service and stellar products. All boxes ticked! I’ve shopped at this store for a quarter a century - they’ve literally dressed me since I was 25! And they’ll continue to do so until I’m 80 - what other boutique can do that?!? I live in Ohio now, but thanks to the internet they are still always my go-to. Literally the only place I shop - my closet will always be full of Willows 🥰
My favorite clothing shop in the Portland/Vancouver area! Super friendly staff & owners. Their clothing selection is always top notch with varied pricing so you can always find something that fits in your budget. I can’t say enough good things about this store!
I have always loved Willows. As I've headed toward menopause & my body has changed, I can no longer shop there as much as I would like, because they don't offer larger sizes. I'd love if they were more body inclusive.
