Willow Motel - Motel in Adena - 1527 US-250, USA

The woman who own/runs the motel is wonderful and friendly. She enjoys stopping by personally to make sure your stay is going good. Rates are good and rooms clean. A great place to stay. Also perfectly located across the road from a winery 😎

We stayed here for a week and a half for business. It is not new, but it is clean, comfortable and has a nice hot shower. The kitchen has pots/pans, plates/cups & utensils as well as dish towels, paper towels and dish soap. There is a stove with oven, residential refrigerator and microwave. The sheets and towels are clean and it was warm and comfortable. There is a winery across the street and The Farm Restaurant just down the road if you don’t feel like cooking. The Owner is Joann and she just a kind hearted person. She goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and has an extensive knowledge of the area.

My husband pipelines and was staying at this motel. He had a room with two beds and paid every week. I came to visit with my daughters and she charged us an extra $15 a night for the girls to sleep in the spare bed. She was always stopping randomly and talking, never any privacy, very optioned and tried giving us relationship advice! She would come in and talk and not leave. Showed up random times of the day and night. My husbands room flooded due to a neighbor and she was extremely rude to him about it, then he told her he was having a friend come stay because he was going to work with him and he would only be staying a few days. They agreed to pay the $15 a night extra and she was fine with it. Like the 3rd day she met him outside before he left for work and told him he was no longer allowed to stay there, she said he needed to come after work and get all of his belongings out and forced him to give her the key that morning, thankfully he was able to get his stuff that night. Definitely would not recommend staying here for anyone. She would have made a ton of us because he planned on staying for another almost 6 months. He had already been there almost 3 months! Along with all of his neighbors who worked for the same company.
