Well managed motel. Efficient check- in the front desk lady is very kind. The large room was clean with a comfortable bed. Unlike most motels, there is an elevator. For a simple overnight rest off I-90, Willow Lodge a good place to stop. I will stay again.

If I could give zero I would. Hotel across the street was full so tried this one. Went in the room and out just as fast. Reeks of cigarettes smell. Bathroom is disgusting. Stains every from tub to toilet to walls. This place is a dump. Avoid at all cost.

Stayed for about a week @ Willow Lodge to recover from surgery from Cleveland Clinic before flying back home to another state! The room is clean & quiet. The front desk staff was very accommodating! Highly recommend this lodge especially for extended stay because of its closeness to some restaurants & stores, for its great value & price!

I have stayed at this location for an extended period of time while recovering from a severe knee surgery. I am highly please with the quality of service and peaceful surroundings. The front desk staff is extremely helpful and kind. The management is equally pleasant and attentively engaged with ensuring the property and guests are properly tended to. Pricing is fairly inexpesive and competitive with alternative hotels nearby. I personally recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a quiet, rejuvenating, and enjoyable nights rest.

Run just run as far to another hotel!! I’ll never stay at this dump!! First room there was water leaking from the air conditioning unit or the small fridge and I about fell!! So I called downstairs they put me in a room right next door it was God awful smelling either the skunk weed or crack!!! Cops in the parking lot to!! The woman at the desk was very rude about it to!! I have never been so disrespected as a gust in a hotel in my life!!! This is a God awful place to stay!!!

This is my third time staying here and I have never had a bad experience. It is close to everything you need and to my family. The staff is polite and honestly care about your stay. Beds are comfortable and the rooms cool down real nicely for a snuggling up sleep.

Positive: The room was large. The bed to me was comfortable. Spa was large in the room and didn't take long to fill. Negative: The outside of rooms weren't very clean, even elevator was pretty filthy. Room had hair laying around the bathroom. Water did take a bit of time to heat up, but once it did it was HOT. Smoke alarm is right above spa.

I had a great experience. Reasonable price and clean room. Quiet and I enjoyed my stay. Room was clean and smelled good. I was in 302 with the hot tub and the led lights. Fridge was nice and cold. I have found my new honeycomb hide out.
