Staff were all super nice! We stayed at the bungalow, it was very clean and nicely decorated. We used the boat dock during our stay. Enjoyed pool when taking break from our boat. Good amount of towels, kitchen stuff for us to use. We liked this location as was close to some activities we were interested in and different restaurants. We will look at the resort again next time in area.

Remodeled and adorable! Right on the lake with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We got to feed the ducks and relax! The kitchenette was a great for cooking our own meals. We will definitely go again!

We were wanting to get away for a week of relaxation. We had never been to the Willow Beach resort in Hot Springs. We were not disappointed, we had a very relaxing time. The room was nice and clean, And the view of Lake Hamilton was perfect. Thank you, Willow Beach resort, we will definitely be back again.

Location! Location! Location! Right on the water. Great view from room. We stayed in room 16 with our pup. This was the cleanest dog friendly room I have ever stayed in. Cleaner than non-dog friendly rooms!! Attention to detail. Cold air. Modern lighting and ceiling fan with remote. Free WiFi, Roku, and Direct TV. Everything we needed for the kitchen. Plenty of clean newer towels. Super comfortable beds and pillows. Nice size closet with luggage rack. Broom and dustpan if needed. Grounds were immaculate. Plenty of outside trash cans that are never overflowing and consistently emptied. Centrally located large ice machine with plenty of ice. Vending machines and laundry on site too. Clean picnic table and chairs right outside our door. Most engaging and accommodating staff we have experienced. They respond to inquiries immediately. ( Asked for iron/ironing board and grill since our room did not have a fixed grill.) Before I could turn around, someone was at the door with our request…and asking if we needed anything else. Can’t say enough about the relaxed and down to earth atmosphere. A great place to kick back and enjoy the lake, patio, or view from your room. Feel free to fish or swim right off your room or go enjoy the pool. Also close to Cental Avenue, restaurants, and stores. Will definitely be back! Loved parking right in front of our door in our assigned spot too! Can’t say enough about this retro feel resort. If you are looking for a place to relax and escape the city, this is it!!!

The rooms have been updated and were very clean! Having the lake and the pool a few steps away was awesome! I grew up going there with my family and I couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Hot Springs.

The beauty welcoming is as we stepped into our room and caught glimpse of the lake was astounding. Rooms 1-6 are closest to the main lake. All rooms are within 40 feet of the water. It’s beautiful! The attention to detail of supplies for building a fire in the pit, was refreshing and made the stay very relaxing without having to leave unless we wanted to. The kitchenette was a bonus! In all our time was and will again be an investment we make to stay at the resort. Thank you for a memorable stay.

Owners and staff were all kind, courteous, and willing to help with anything. Rooms were beautiful, and the view was even better. Look at the pictures before you book - you are not getting a hypermodern suite by a multinational megacorporation like Hilton -- you are getting a quaint, quiet, peaceful room where everyone is immediately your friend. Everything about this experience was true to the "lake-front-living" lifestyle. This was my first time here, but my family will be returning. My only minor criticism is I wish the "double" beds were "queen" sized instead. But the doubles give you more living space in the room, so I understand why the owners made this decision. Again, this is minor and I am not taking off any stars for it. My son rated it 10.5 out of 10, and I agree with him. We look forward to our next stay.

It was our first time renting here. It sure won't be our last! Pool out your front door, lake out the back door! Excellent staff. So accommodating. 10 out of 10 recommend!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
