Willmott's Ghost - Restaurant in Seattle - 2100 6th Ave, USA

I love Renee Erickson restaurants. Having been to several, this one didn't quite measure up. It's good, it's pretty, but it's expensive and some of what we ordered was just ok. The pizza with potato was better than expected and the zero-proof cocktails were good. The pink, greens, and gold decor combo is lovely to look at. Service was adequate but not spectacular. Location makes it interesting at the base of the Amazon spheres -- it's circular. I liked the light fixtures a lot.

We were really excited to visit Willmott’s Ghost cause we thought it was within The Spheres and we’d get a good view of the architecture. Instead, all we could see was a portion blocked by the kitchen and a little bit of the upstairs of the Sphere. For the view, it’s not worth it at all. We made reservations for a Saturday night. It was quite busy. We ordered the appetizer with pickles, cauliflower, carrot, shallots, fennel and chili and it was way too vinegary that it could almost burn one’s tongue. The pizza was very oily and required cutting with special scissors because it was so thick. Taste was ok, but you really need a napkin because it was dripping with oil. Atmosphere was nice and the bartender looked to be very skilled. Maybe come for drinks and atmosphere; otherwise, I don’t think it was worth almost $50 for a pizza and a small app.

Worth Trying. A relaxed and aesthetic atmosphere with attentive service and decent but varied menu. Pate - good, comes with fruit reserve and thin easy to eat crackers. Not enough crackers. Burrata - good, tomatoes make the dish whole though nothing too special. Squid - very small pieces but taste wise fine, nothing too special. Tomato Toast - okay, plays well with sheep's cheese. Cod - crispy skin, perfectly cooked but overall bland. Pizza - good, crispy edges, good amount of pepperoni, not much cheese. Overall more of a corporate lunch kind of place where the food matters less than the vibe. Takes AMEX. Expect 30+pp. @justalittlepeckish

Was disappointing. This restaurant in the sphere’s has a great atmosphere but the food not very good at all especially not for how expensive it is. The only thing I could recommend was the oyster mushroom panini. The servers during lunch were a bit cold and the timing of the food was odd.

This is an amazing restaurant in Seattle, I highly recommend stopping here and seeing the Amazon Spheres. The restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful inside, the atmosphere is just gorgeous. The service is amazing. There was two waiters here who were just incredibly kind and nice, and treated us so well. The food tasted awesome! I will definitely be coming here again on my next trip to Seattle.

I’ve eaten here five or six times over a few years, and the experiences have been consistent: charming ambiance, good food (but avoid the middling pizza), top-tier bartending, but mixed service. The hostess is always lovely, but at least two or three times, months apart, we’ve had the same icy and inattentive waiter—and we’ve never made special requests or left a stingy tip despite the snubbing. My favorite menu item, hands down, is the chicories salad. It’s a sharing salad in terms of portion and makes a great start to the meal. Skip the pizza and order what’s seasonal, and consider getting one of their cocktails.

Dropped in for a happy hour. Really interesting cocktail list, but pricey! Cute atmosphere but the business makes it very clear (almost rudely) that they are not affiliated with Amazon or the Spheres. The service was friendly but overbearing. I went with one friend at happy hour. We had three servers attending to us too much, ultimately making us choose someplace else.

6/23/23- The Vibe, The Service, The Atmosphere, THE PLAYLIST, The Food! Everything was Delicious. The pizza and scissor experience is cute and my kid enjoyed it. You must get reservations as it does get busy early and soon. The food is pricey, but worth the experience.
