I have been bringing my car to William since he has opened his business. I appreciate his professional and honest approach with his work. If he do not know what's wrong he will tell you,but he will most definitely find out. I would not let anyone else work on my cars unless it's still under warranty. Great integrity.

I had a great experience with Williams Automotive. I had some issues with my check engine light and a few other issues. I think Will gave a pretty honest opinion on what could be done and got the things needed to be done fixed. I haven’t taken my emission test yet but I’m pleased with his the work done, his professionalism and how persistent he was with communication. Which is a major plus for me. I’d definitely recommend and would be a returning customer if I have any further issues. I can’t say that about a lot of places I been to so that’s a big deal for me

Williams Automotive is the best Car doctor in the Chi in my opinion. Whenever I have any problems with my cars they always find and fix the problem. They always keep my rides running smoothly and better than when I dropped them off to them. William and the other mechanics in the shop are very passionate and knowledgeable about cars fixing them. Prices are reasonable as well! I will forever take my whips to Williams Automotive and you should too!

1999 Chevy Tahoe, was having a issue with my transmission not shifting. Took to numerous of mechanic and no one can tell me exactly what the problem was, only telling me that it’s a old truck and need to replace the transmission. I took here to “Willam Automotive” left it there and the few days I would get a calls from the Will. Giving me feed back on my truck and letting me know what they have done and what’s there next step of diagnosis my truck. And just to find out it wasn’t the transmission was messed up, it was just a sensor that’s on the transmission that control the transmission was bad. It was replaced and now my truck is back on the road! Great mechanics here! I’m not getting a discount or either was told to rate them on here, I just felt it was right thing to do. Since I’m always looking at other people rates when I try to visit new places. Very trustworthy and very honest mechanic! They’re not here to steal or take your money! Best of the Best in town!
