This is a great peaceful getaway. We rode the well trained and taken care of horses there which was a nice treat. Beautiful place and the breakfast is prepared by the owner every morning. He is awesome cook. It was something new each day and never a disappointment. Very hospitable hosts. Definitely recommend!!

Extremely comfortable and friendly lodging with a wonderful atmosphere. We felt welcome and relaxed from the moment we arrived. Great hosts - nice room - fantastic views - amazing house-made breakfasts. | It is very close to downtown Oak Harbor, as well as Deception Pass and Anacortes. Better still if you’re into equine culture ; though we are not we still appreciate the horse theme and actual working barns. |Highly recommended- and a truly enjoyable experience.

The entire experience was wonderful. We stayed in Captain Don room, which was spacious and well appointed, and included a large bath with a jacuzzi tub, thoroughly enjoyed by my granddaughter! The beds were super comfy as well. |We appreciated the peaceful, horse farm environment, such a nice change from the city. Enjoyed walking the pastures and visiting the horses. Breakfasts were delicious and Chef Gregg very accommodating with meal preferences (makes a mean cup of coffee as well!). Definitely would stay again!

This is a must stay for anyone whether you are a horse person or not. Gregg and Heather are amazing hosts, happy to help any way they can. Chef Gregg will serve you a delicious breakfast to get the day started and accommodate any dietary needs. If you are looking for a place to unwind and relax, this is it. No matter how long you book a reservation for, you will wish you could stay longer. Give yourself a chance to enjoy beautiful scenery, gracious hosts, immaculate rooms and the charming town of Oak Harbor. It is worthy of more than 5 stars.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Wildwood. It is in an unbelievably beautiful setting, with green pastures and horses grazing, to the forest surrounding the area. We went on a wonderful trail ride and of course enjoyed the food in the morning. Thank you Gregg for fixing a delicious to go breakfast when we had to catch and 6:15am ferry to San Juan. I highly recommend Wildwood for a get away that is so different from the usual hotel or resort that it will be unforgettable.

My wife and I stayed on the farm while we visited the island. We have a spacious room with a large bathroom. This was our first visit to a horse farm.|We enjoyed the farm and the great breakfasts. Although the farm is not in the center of town, all the island sites are readily accessible. We would love to return and stay on the farm again.

I was visiting the area for a sister trip. We wanted somewhere quiet and relaxing. The property is beautiful. We walked the property and nearby trails every day. We even had deer visit our back door. Gregg and Heather were amazing hosts, always taking the time to stop and talk with us and answer our many questions. Gregg’s homemade breakfasts were hearty and delicious. He made sure to accommodate my being gluten free. I will stay here again when in the area. Highly recommend.

This is my new favorite coffee shop in Oak Harbor. The service is friendly and outstanding, and the coffee is divine. I love that the final product is stirred really well -- no fancy latte art -- just great coffee. Get it 'bold' or 'smooth' depend

Really great shady trail down to a scenic beach! We were very surprised that this park is not rated higher. We had spent 6 days on Whidbey Island, bought the annual pass and had visited one to two state parks a day. We like shady trails and beach
