Review is for the casino only. Did not stay in the hotel. Second time here, walking out a winner again so obviously I LOVE this place! I had $150 free play from my last visit and $10 for food. 😀 I only play slot machines but I come in ready to lose it all so if you're not ready to take a loss don't do it! I didn't lose last night tho, or the last visit 😬 Oh, and us truck drivers are HUGELY thankful for providing us with a safe place to park overnight. Thank you thank you THANK YOU!

RV Park was so so…not sure if it’s worth the drive down. Casino very tight, although being smoke free made it a pleasant experience. Food service was excellent, food was average. Overall it’s just ok. Would I recommend? If you’re driving through the area might be worth a stop but wouldn’t go out of my way to go there.

Service can do better. It seems like everyone working there is less motivated. Don't get me wrong, you have some workers that make the experience enjoyable, but overall, most seem unhappy to work there. I get it life must be unhappy at times, but the customer is paying for experience and for the service. Just because we are not paying 5 star resort prices does not mean we should take 1 star resort services. A paying customer is a paying customer. It doesn't matter if we tip big or tip small if you don't want us there, then we are glad to our money and spend it where we are appreciated. Everything was okay. I'm going to say it's a 5 star place, but the only thing I recommend is to make every customer's experience the best experience regardless of how much we pay and for goodness sakes please put a smile on your faces. It does not cost anything to treat people nicely, kind, and with respect.

I loved the fact it has SEMI TRUCK PARKING! Has shuttle from the parking lot to casino area for us drivers! It has a clean food court to chill in! Love the ice cream place & you got your moneys worth for the 3 scoop bowl! It was only $4 you can’t get that at the truck stop! Lol Movie theater & bowling alley was clean also! Reasonable prices for movie .. $10 for adult & $9 for small snacks including drink ..popcorn.. & theater sized candy!

Great place to stay! We love the tower. The employees here are very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond helping us with a big chair for my husband, who has disabilities. In the casino, there are lots of slot machines to choose from as well as table games. There's a lot to do here for everyone: swimming pool, golf course, bowling alley, movie theatre. We were here with two other relatives. We love Pendleton, too. People here are very friendly, good vibes, and it feels comfortable.

We went bowling here, and we had a great time, even though we're not good at bowling. A friendly server brought over a pitcher of water and cups for our group. There are a lot of family-friendly options for entertainment, and there is even child care for ages 3 to 13. The sign says your child should be potty-trained because they can not change diapers. The employees in the child care area were very kind.

Went for our anniversary and overall a very good experience. |The good:|Staff is exceptional! From the front desk to the waitstaff, valet - all friendly and helpful. |Tower room was nice and had a nice view of the valley. |Food at Traditions was decent and basic. Went to the sports bar to listen to the band which was pretty good. |We weren’t able to get into Plateau as it was fully booked the entire weekend. ||The bad:|I had ordered fliers and a bottle of sparkling cider in advance so it would be in our room. The flowers were nice, but we weren’t able to get a bottle opener unless we went and bought one at the gift shop?

First time here got a players card and half the machines would not take my card or the vouchers. Alot of machines. I did not win at any of them. Overall nice casino and they have alot of self serve drink stations.
