What a hidden gem! We are so happy we stopped by. The extensive, creative and fun menu was amazing! Both beverages I got were delicious. Will definitely be back!

This is such an amazing place! This should be the first place you come for drinks in Dubuque. This establishment is owned and operated by some wonderful people. They are quick to offer recommendations from their extensive wine, liquor and beer selections. Almost all of the wine options can be purchased as bottles to go if you need to have a second taste. The charcuterie board is well-conceived with a delicious assortment of cheeses, meats and accoutrements. We passed a lovely hour and a half here and can’t wait to come back.

This stylish bar has delicious original cocktails as well as a great selection of wines. Tonight was their 5th Anniversary celebration and the live music was stellar! Don't miss the chance to unwind at the Wicked Dame! 🍷🍸

Great service. The cocktails were cute and named after women; Marilyn Monroe, RBG, Frida.

This is a one of a kind, unique bar. It's cozy, welcoming, warm, and a touch fancy without being intimidating. It's a hidden gem. Bring a date, bring your girlfriends. Then bring more people back with you. The drinks are fun and tasty, plus it has a great wine selection. It's a great spot to linger for a while. Bonus: purse hooks and outlets to charge your phone right under the bar! The owner thought of the little things and really put her own touch into the bar. It's got a good vibe.

Whilst scrolling google search looking to try a new winery with my wife, I came across The Wicked Dame. The setting was beautiful no doubt but obviously there were stares and not the subtle type. Nevertheless the service response was above average but there was some miscommunication. Trying to get to the point, my wife decides what we will taste while we’re there. I asked about the sparkling wines, the server brought out a aromatic and delicious moscato(2 glasses)we agreed that it was great tasting selection. My wife decided we drink a bottle of the selection we tasted, server bought out one glass no bottle. Maybe we’ll try another time 🤷🏿‍♂️

My sister, my brother in law and I come this bar a couple times a month. This past weekend, we came here after attending a charity event and the owner was bartending and got us our drinks. My sister provided her credit card to pay. The owner, upon taking my sister's credit card, then told my sister that she had a beautiful and unique name to which my sister smiled and thanked her. The owner then proceeded to charge the credit card. Upon returning my sister's credit card, she proceeded to inform her, in a really loud voice, that the reason her name stuck out was because "apparently" my sister had been disputing her credit charges each time she came to that bar. The bar went silent as it is a small place. My sister was flabbergasted. She is a director of a hospital and would never try taking advantage of anyone. In an effort to show it was not her, my sister pulled up her bank account to show she had not disputed anything. The owner then went to the back to verify paperwork. When she came back out, all she did was say she had gotten confused. No apology. Nothing. We left without drinking our drinks and won't ever be returning.
