Who's Your Tech was so great to work with. I was able to get an appointment in two days. Chris was on time for the appointment and was professional and really helped me understand my new technical system. He made some great suggestions on how I could secure my property now and in the future. The charges we very reasonable, and the final bill was less than I expected to pay. I will be using them for all my tech needs in the future!!!

Brought my Dell laptop in for a battery replacement. The part was ordered, I came the next day, and it was installed in less than 10 minutes. They were able to accommodate around my tight schedule so I could be prepared before my class. I highly recommend Who's Your Tech LLC! The fan on our church's "not so new" laptop stopped working. When I called, Andrew graciously had me come right over. About thirty minutes later he expertly had the laptop apart, diagnosed the malfunctioning fan, and ordered the replacement. Three days later he called me come get our perfectly repaired laptop, just in time for church services on Sunday. Andrew is friendly, highly skilled, prompt, and he listens to you carefully. He is also honest and realistic about possible limitations. His price was quite reasonable, and it saved us from having to purchase a new laptop. Andrew and his team set up a network to cover the entire house. Now we have better than ever coverage. I was cursing the internet every time we wanted to stream a movie because of the buffering, but not now with our new network. They also set up and installed ring devices to help with the security of our house. Most of the time you will never hear a word from a person that does work at your house. Andrew just checked in with me to see how things were going. Who's Your Tech is a wonderful company.
