Whole Foods consistently impresses me with its commitment to quality and sustainability. The extensive selection of organic, ethically sourced products caters to a diverse range of dietary preferences. The store's layout is well-organized, making the shopping experience enjoyable. The emphasis on fresh, local produce and a wide array of specialty items sets Whole Foods apart. Moreover, the knowledgeable and friendly staff contribute to a positive atmosphere, making each visit a pleasure. Whole Foods earns my highest recommendation for those seeking a premium grocery shopping experience.
We originally stopped in to use the convenient Amazon return facility which was great. The young lady who helped us was so pleasant and professional. Customer service overall was good. Wandering through the store, we found and purchased several Oxo brand cooking tools from their broad selection. The quality of the fresh food is superb, and we picked up a few slices of their freshly made pizza - very yummy indeed! Recommended
Good produce, including organic. The store is big enough to have good selections. Doing Amazon returns here is not as easy as it used to be because you have to use a self-serve kiosk instead of just handing it to the service desk. Once you know how to use the return kiosk, it's not too slow.
This store is quiet, large but laid out to feel small. The team members are quiet, lack knowledge of product location as I was asked by both customers and team members where things are at my first ever visit to this store. Kind of odd. Seems to be a neighborhood location where it's mostly community shoppers. Decent selection of products. Hot bar looked beat both for breakfast and lunch. Pizza looked old and crusty. All in all not my favorite whole foods.
I love the Arlington store, the people are so courteous and always willing to help a customer when they walk through the door. Door. I especially want to thank the Manager of the Body Dept., Neil, , he was so helpful and discussed with me various choices that I was trying to make in that section. It's very organized and you have a lot of products so it was a little overwhelming at first but he finally directed me to where I needed to go and got the products that I was looking for.
Small compared to other Whole Foods Markets in the area and I feel like their staffing is being cut every single month. A few months ago the people who make the pizza left and the quality is very bad now. Often it is undercooked, not evenly covered with cheese or sauce and often sloppily thrown into the box. Over the last 2 weeks I have gone in 5 times to get deli meat but there was nobody behind the counter. I asked the service desk and they said they were short staffed. There was not even pre-sliced meat to grab and go. If you have the option to go somewhere else, I would not suggest this WFM.
Only giving me star cause I have to. we tried to pick up our thanksgiving dinner from the two ladies in the front at 1245 and they were find friendly and this other man was friendly and he was trying to help us find a turkey but didn't have any left. but the man with a mustache reddish hair that was there trying to get the order was so rude and was laughing at myself when I have a brain injury. I should've spoke with management but I am in so much pain I am unable to now we don't have thanksgiving dinner for my family.
Overpriced. I also wish this store sold some conventional products. I am not an Amazon Prime member, so I don't get discounts on the expensive products here. The store is overcrowded with Amazon shoppers who are preparing shopping orders for delivery.

This location has the best customer service (and a precious parking lot in busy Arlington)! I was there 4 times in the last two weeks, trying to track down a sold-out item. They couldn't be more helpful. And no matter whether they spend $50 or $5, th
One of favorite places to go for a walk with our dog. In the mornings youâll find dogs and their owners mingling. The pond is beautiful and the trails through the woods are easy to navigate. Itâs peaceful and relaxing. Great little gem in Arlingt
Local and cash only (or venmo too now) coffee shop with sandwiches and delicious pastries. I usually get a hot or iced coffee and a coffee roll - the big size is great to bring home to share since it's the size of my face! Delicious. Everyone is so
Great park. There are several playground areas, so it's good for little and big. Parking is on the street (or the school lots when not in session). There is a handicap-friendly portapotty here. The spray park is better than I thought it would be. Al
