Whole Foods Market - Grocery store in Castle Rock - 6384 Promenade Pkwy, USA

Typical Whole Foods. Friendly staff, clean store, fresh seafood and produce. I shop here when I can afford to. One downside is the location of this store. It's very hard to get in and out of the area where this store is located. So much so, that you really have to be dedicated to going to this store becuase getting in and out is not the best experience. This is do to the layout of the Promenade, the moronic traffic circles, and the overall situation of the Whole Foods Parking lot itself.

It's what I would expect from whole foods. Clean shop. Checkout was a breeze. The staff seem to enjoy their jobs there, and happy to help around. Clean and well lit parking area.

The store is good, but the kitchen that makes the prepared foods is absolutely terrible. Always fails. I have tried many times to get their breakfast burritos for the last two years, the issues that have arisen are incorrect labeling on the food - saying the burrito was potato egg and cheese however it really had bacon all in it. Another time the potato’s were raw i couldn’t even bite into them & another time the potatoes were BLACK completely burnt and bitter. I have called the store and they seem to be very careless. I have gotten food from their hot bar when they actually have food there , theres plenty of times ill go to the soup area and the soups are WATERY . I begin to wonder is there even a kitchen supervisor that overlooks the food that leaves the kitchen, if there is - what poor standards he has and absolutely no care for his customers. I have visited many other whole foods and have never experienced such low quality.

Shopping experience SUCKS because if I'm not fighting the personal whole foods "shoppers" who seem to never know what they are looking for (even though THEY WORK THERE), I'm fighting stockers with their huge U-boats and carts that literally hide half the aisle so that you CAN'T FIND ANYTHING. Why don't you DO YOUR STOCKING AT NIGHT?? It makes me want to rush rather than SPEND MONEY. And it doesn't matter if you come right at opening. Ugh!!!

It's a cucumber I bought yesterday afternoon, can you see the mold? I'm disappointed with the vegetables that are more expensive and not good than other markets.

Best pick up order online grocery. I have been at this store my first time shopping online pick up last night -I didn’t catch the name of the staff member she is the sweetest she shopped for me like if she would for herself and the quality was amazing they give you paper bags she even label my produce eggs and chips the way she packed every item you can tell was done with care and thoughtfulness. I was really impressed all was fresh and nice looking I give staff member a 6 gold stars. I wish I knew her name. Awesome experience I will use this service again !!!

This was a great pit stop before our road trip. Quiet, clean, great selection of health ready to eat snacks and drinks. The staff were extremely helpful and kind.
