The people who work here are rude. I guess I walked at an area were I was supposed to not They had some kind of sign and they just laughed and said no matter what they do customers will still walk around the sign. They said that out loud to each other in front of me. It's not nice that's very rude. I am sorry I went through the sign I did not understand what was going on but they could have told me not be talking in front of me out loud to each other. Very rude. Workers here need to be disciplined. I have shopped at whole foods in many places for as long as I can remember and this is the first place I felt uncomfortable in.
Great selection of healthy, quality food. Easy in & out. I happened to grab a breakfast sandwich from the hot bar which was quite good.
Agree with negative comments about this store. You would think that with Erewhon Market a couple of blocks away they would step up their game. In this store you will find lots of workers standing around talking to each other and blocking the isle , 7 sushi workers, but one person to make sandwiches with the line 3 or 4 deep, one person to make a smoothie or coffee drinks and work the register. This is the worst store out of all of the Wholefoods i have been in.
Horrible Experience! This review goes to the Latina chubby manager, around 35 - 40 years old, working there on September 27 around noon. Whole Foods has a beautiful and diverse workforce, and the only reason that I mention her demographic characteristics is to identify her and if Whole Foods has a strong leadership team that cares about the brand itself and what this brand represents to take action against her! She mistakenly charged for four salads instead of 1 and 2 waters instead of 1, and instead of apologizing and accepting her mistake, she had an attitude! WHO? The Latina chubby manager! Does Whole Foods hire people who graduated high school?? Whole Foods is a mess nowadays. It's different from what it used to be, and I advise you to avoid the Whole Foods store in Beverly Hills!
Twice, I’ve realized upon arriving home that this Whole Foods has sold me extremely expired beer (more than a year past its expiration date). This is disappointing and gross. Erewhon has my business going forward.
This Whole Foods has a bad vibe. Walked in and it was smelly and dingy, the dining area was covered in trash and every table had crumbs on it, and people were just real cranky and snobby. Kinda makes sense but I was pretty let down- I expected this to be a nice WF but the Arroyo pkwy WH puts this one to shame. 2/10 would not go again
Most unfriendly, unpleasant and unhelpful employees work there. This morning I asked questions about the location of the Amazon return, a guy who was chatting with two other employees didn’t even speak but showed his chin to tell me where it was. Anyway, I never have good experience when I go there. It’s unfortunate.
Clean and clean restrooms for women
Security present Al all times even no incident ts occur when I’m shopping there
Added self checkout making it convenient ie t for small purchases or just the salad bar
Courteous employees
