Great food, great service. Me and two co workers needed a place to eat lunch, have driven by several times, stopped in today. Will be back.

This was our first time eating here, as we were waiting for our tires to be done next door. The lady working was nice, prompt and made sure to check on and check in with every customer that came through the door. Food was brought out super fast, it was hot and delicious 😋🤩 coleslaw was cold, tasty, tangy and yum! If you like fried chicken - you HAVE to try this place!!

Go my goodness, they served us the biggest pieces of chicken we have ever seen. He had the breast dinner, and i had the thighs dinner. Thank you for the great service

As soon as i walked in and seen the place i kinda had a feeling it wasn’t gonna be good but we gave it a shot anyway and then ordered a sandwich and leg meal for me and my friend and once we received the food we bit into it we couldn’t even swallow. That’s how bad the chicken was , it was watery and the breading was wet. didn’t complain still paid but pretty much the chicken was 🗑️

White's is not only an iconic place to go in Jackson, but their food is super good! The chicken is just right and yummy! The fish is also perfectly prepared and 😋

Staff is the worst I’ve seen/heard in all of Jackson County. They sometimes don’t answer the phones due to staffing issues but they’re very short with most customers even when they do answer so have your order ready when you call. My experience was left with them making the order wrong and when I called them to get it fixed the woman argued that she took the initial order correct. I then ordered the same thing with the emphasis on it being correct this time and was charged full price for it when I showed up. The main food is good but the sides are super bland. The business has been around a long time and carry’s a lot of loyal customers which I find very shocking after this horrible experience.

Always a great place wether take out or dine in. They cook your chicken,fish to your desired crunch and I love it. The staff are friendly,courteous always pleasant. Definitely one of my long time favorites in Jackson!!

Been going here for years, but the other night was the last time. I called to place an order and a rude woman first hung up on me so i called back and she answered the phone ya. Will definitely not be back for that reason. I don't care if the food is good or not, will not continue to support a business where the staff think they can talk to people how ever they want.
