The parking, costs & availability are the best things I can say about this Walmart. The "regular" employees are always as helpful as they are ALLOWED to be. The managers, CSM, store & department managers are above any real help, with the exception of one Mrs. Violet Beasley (she will literally do cartwheels to fix or make right your problem.) The managers delegate to "regular" employees a job which only leads back to needing a MANAGER. Why in the world do you continue to do this to your customers? I LOATHE the fact that I must shop here when I need fresh food or last minute items. I know there are different options but to stay within my very tight budget I shop here. I order off Amazon for 100% of my monthly necessities & non perishable items. If I lived closer to an Amazon fresh marketplace, Walmart would see the back end of me for good. They do not deserve my time to review their stores but others might benefit.

This Publix has the worst customer service. I purchased a gallon of Soy milk that was bad. Took it back and gave the receipt, which had a survey, and started shopping. I repaid for the milk. I called, gave my name and number, so I could get my receipt and get my milk reimbursed. Thd next day a woman with poor English had no idea, no receipt and the manager who I spoke with and gave my receipt to, was out due to her son graduating. The man who took my phone call, should not have been answering the phone. Really bad business. They also have a woman with long gray hair who has no business being a cashier. She slings your groceries around and has the personality of a rock! Shameful, since they are supposed to be a great place to shop!

Always friendly staff and clean

I shop at this Publix occasionally. They have great produce and the store is very clean, but their prices are a bit on the high side. Plenty of parking places here and I always feel safe here.

Stopped in and grabbed my Lady a Birthday cake and got them to write Happy Birthday and name, they were very helpful and extremely nice, The Birthday cake was amazing 👏, Thanks Publix in Alabaster..

This place has a store for every brand you can think of. Loved it!

Easy access into and out of the shopping center. Publix still does an amazing job cleaning. So many stores have slacked off, but Publux has continued to set the standard. It has also been wonderful being on the other side of the counter. I have been home with a Stroke, and it has been a stark contrast being on the receiving end of the Customer Service.
