Honestly. For what It looks for on the outside. It's not that bad. The room is basic. But it was clean. Has a smart TV. the AC worked well. I haven't had to deal with bugs. And so far no one has bothered me. Police are in and out. And the other people

This place is a absolute dump . This place Is perfect if your literally going to be there long term and can’t afford much i have never stayed here but I have visited on multiple occasions. But as far as price goes I believe it’s like $800 to $1300 a week and what you get with that it’s very basic and bare , and the area is absolutely nothing to write home about. It’s kinda a bad area but lately everywhere in Denver is s bad area so I guess it depends.

Stayed here a year ago, Friendly tight nit community. Nice garden by the front office. The room was small & dirty, needs painting. However, Did have a clean mini fridge & clean microwave. Now I'm staying with a friend on the Motor home side. Feel safe & the neighbors are friendly. As of 10/27/23 the management has done a good job cleaning the place up & remodeling the rooms. It's 100% better than it was a year ago.

Pros: Manager is super helpful. great place for the money. Other residents are super friendly. Cons: Hot water takes forever to build up and still doesn't get that warm. Plate was missing from microwave in my room and management didn't have a spare to give me. Overall it's the best place in the area and if the two cons are fixed I will update my review to 5 stars. Rooms are clean.

Since fall 2010, I have stayed there several times each year while visiting family and friends in Colorado , and each year, especially the last year, I have watched this place go spiraling steadily downward as the rooms became worn out beat up and dirty. ...yet the room rates have steadily gone up and up and for the life of me, I couldn't find a single reason why! Last night I decided I would not again for any reason waste another dollar there again and it made me very sad and angry that I was left with no other option because the room I stayed in was easily in the worst shape of any motel room I have ever stayed in throughout my life and I spend 2/3 of each year in hotel and motel rooms traveling!👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

The white rock is the worst place in the world they play faver tizum for a week they charge 300 for a month they 1300 for a lot space that could be a closet and they cram the trailers is so you can't walk your dog's they also charge a $10 late fee and they harase u when u are minding your own business they don't have an area for dogs to go potty it is located off of federal we're there is shooting's

We have had to stay for an extended time, the staff is amazing. From management on down the list each person that is employeed there really have great personalities and are on it if an issue arises. There isn't 1 NEGATIVE thing I can say about the people working here. Now the room and building itself is rundown and worn looking. Housekeeping makes sure the rooms are kept up and are always willing to (this is my preference) give you items you need to clean the room yourself.
