It was a rainy day and my family decided to stop by. We didn't expect too much, especially for my 1.5 year old, but were pleasantly surprised! First, it was free! The staff/volunteers (?) were friendly and knowledgeable. It was clean and exhibits (on local WA history) seemed decently maintained (a few things needed some light TLC). The biggest surprise was the play/immersive sections for kids; my toddler loved it! It gave myself and my husband a chance to read through the history while our son played. Definitely coming back and bringing others!
We were impressed with the local exhibits plus their annual Festival of Trees.
It wasn't very big which was good for our group.
Such a great treasure of a museum!! Small, but packed with history of the area and set up very attractively with interactions for the kids.
A wonderful museum to introduce Auburn area history. Currently there is a Christmas activity with libraries to select your favorite Christmas tree that is decorated by some libraries. My daughter loves the kid exploring places. I appreciate the introduction by volunteers.
Excellent introduction to the history of the White River valley. The staff is knowledgeable and enthused about the area and what is available for further experience, including the societies historic farm and other historic places in the valley.
White River Valley Museum is a place where can learn history of Auburn. Small but very informational. Have crafts for kids and a dress up place. The staff is great here, very helpful! We had a super fun time!
What an interesting museum. Staff are great. The museum is free....
Cool little local history museum. As someone who lives near the WA State History museum (Tacoma), I can't believe admission here is always free! 😍 If you find yourself in the area, definitely recommend stopping in, even just for a few minutes to check out the Muckleshoot canoe display and photos, the exhibit on Japanese farming families in the valley, and/or to step inside the one room schoolhouse!

Gargoyle is hands down the best gym in the Auburn area. I have been a member for two and a half years and am super sad that I have to leave the Gargoyle community due to an upcoming move. The coaches are incredibly engaged and helpful, and are always

I live half a mile from the mansion. It's a smaller one but nice architecture. It has a community garden which is cool, I show my kids how food is grown. The building is nicely kept and grounds around it are also well cared for. It's really a nice ne
