The White Elephant was a wonderful experience. I was treated with amazing service from the moment I arrived. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly. The lobby and courtyard was beautiful. Highly Recommend this Hotel to anyone in the area.

Beautiful hotel! Very elegantly decorated rooms and lobby. Very clean, renovated. Staff is quite friendly and professional! Great location, easy access to the beach and near the lake trail, shops, restaurants. Beach chairs, towels and sunscreen were available. We could ask for car service in order to go to restaurants, shops etc. Coffee and pastries (which were ok) available in the morning - we had our breakfasts at Field of Greens and it was great!||Overall, an excellent stay! We will definitely come back! And we will definitely go to their property in Nantucket!

I stayed at white elephant for my best friend’s birthday for two days, and I cannot thank the staff enough for how special they made our weekend. 8 of us stayed in a suite + an additional queen room. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special; including a happy birthday neon sign in the room, balloons, a decorated van to take us to dinner the night of her birthday, and more. The hotel itself is beautiful and welcoming, and extremely clean. Our rooms were turned down each night, with a water and chocolate beside each bed. The staff set up chairs and umbrellas for us to have a beach day, and drove us to and from the access point. I broke my nail to the point where I desperately needed to cut it off, and the staff ran next door to buy me nail clippers - amazing! The suite was beautiful and fully stocked with anything you could possibly need, including top tier appliances. We had dinner in the restaurant downstairs, which was great too. They also went above and beyond for us when outside became too hot for the birthday girl and we wanted to retreat indoors. Sebastian, Cesar, Ali, Alexa, Dylan, and everyone at the white elephant: thank you for an amazing, memorable weekend for our friend!! I cannot wait to return.

Our second stay this year and once again The White Elephant did not disappoint. This is a very special 32 room boutique hotel located in downtown Palm Beach with very modern, immaculate, comfortable and beautifully furnished rooms and many amenities. Quiet and convenient location with a nice, casual restaurant on site and many other excellent restaurants located nearby. Not oceanfront, but there is close access to a nice beach (hotel will provide chairs and other beach items), and the hotel has a nice lap sized pool in its courtyard. There is a small exercise room with two treadmills, and two bikes (one is a Peloton), two sets of dumbbells (one is a set of Bowflex SelectTech), a bench, and various balls and an adjustable Bowflex kettle weight.||You will be offered a glass of Proseco on arrival. There are breakfast treats available in the lobby each morning and wine and cheese in the afternoon. There are premium courtesy cars (current BMW 7 and 8 models) to shuttle you about to nearby places or for you to use yourself for up to 4 hours! There are also bicycles available for you to use (5 mile+ bike path nearby) at no charge.||Customer service is exceptional - as good or better than any other hotel I have ever stayed at. Everyone on staff (front desk, housekeeping, valet and bell staff, maintenance) goes the extra mile to make your stay trouble free and effortless. For example, I left the charging cord for my Apple Mac Air lying free and uncoiled on the desk in my room and when I came back, it was neatly coiled and secured with a band wrap with the White Elephant logo on it! The attention to detail at this hotel is unsurpassed.||Complaints: Nothing that would dissuade me from staying here. I recommended that they get the stand Bowflex offers to hold the dumbbells rather than leaving them on the floor. The bench lacks leg extensions. I am spoiled by my Dyson hairdryer at home and found the one in my hotel room to be weak in comparison. The restaurant can be a bit noisy on some nights. All minor stuff.||My wife and I both love this place and its staff and will always want to stay here when in Palm Beach, A true gem of a hotel.|

I had a wonderful two night stay at the white elephant. Every staff member I interacted with was really incredibly kind and hospitable. The king sized room was wonderfully spacious and the bathrooms perfect. I felt very comfortable, almost as if I was home. Couldn’t recommend more. Thank you to all the staff for being brilliant at what you do!

Our stay at the White Elephant was an absolute dream! A HUGE thank you to everyone who makes this place so magical!! Dylan, Nicole, Bettina, Sebastian, the entire staff, you are all so wonderful and I have never felt so welcome and at home before. You all truly embody the highest level of hospitality. From enjoying a dip in the pool, happy hour at Lola 41, a spin in the complimentary BMW, to just having coffee in the morning, it was all so great. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. It was so hard to leave! We cannot wait to come back and visit again ❤️

This is a lovely boutique hotel in a great location. We were able to walk or bike to many of the spots we visited on Palm Beach. Our King room was small, but thoughtfully and comfortably furnished. While we enjoyed our stay, we were disappointed in a couple of missed opportunities. We requested a beach setup, which was forgotten and not provided. We were also celebrating our anniversary, which was never acknowledged. Neither of these would prevent us from staying there again, but we probably wouldn’t choose it for a special occasion.

This place was one of the best boutique hotel experiences I have ever had. From the minute I booked I reservation and getting a call from the concierge to prepare for my stay, to the second I walked into the front door, this hotel over delivered and far exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff was attentive and aware and made sure they took the best care of me. Hotel was immaculately clean, and the guest rooms were absolutely beautiful. I felt like i was at home- the room and bathroom did not feel like a hotel. The housekeeping staff was the best in the business, and more importantly they were consistent for the 5 days I stayed here. The car service and house cars were beautiful and very clean and easy to use. Restaurant is one of the best vibes in Palm Beach, for young and old. Also, amazing bar tenders. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a A+ high class experience in a boutique family-owned hotel, where you are treated like family the minute you check in.
