White Court Motel - Motel in Reno - 465 Evans Ave, USA

It has no wifi. The cable wasn't working. The place had roaches, including the dead one before I checked in. I forgot clothes after I finally checked out. The owner had an attitude and wouldn't do anything to help. Didn't even check the room, watch is something a boss should do after cleaning, anyway. That must be why the room wasn't clean when I checked in. A lazy owner means lazy staff. Even for a cheap price this is bad. Plus I found places cheaper and better.

My kid and I just moved I here, it's quiet and very clean. The manager here is a no nonsense type of person which is perfect. The rooms are decent sized for the price. It's a lot better than it was when I lived here 14+years ago.

Brad and Paula run a tight ship and I felt safer for it during my eight months there. My room was clean, no critters, nothing scary. Got a little more for my money than expected. Family atmosphere and mostly long-term tenants. If your funds are low, give White Court a try. You may be pleasantly surprised.

Although it is in great location being only one block away from the bus station in downtown especially after the sun goes down. The motel itself seems uninviting due to the Gates surrounding it as well as the rundown barely legible Motel sign. Entire property kind of looks run down and the rooms themselves are all outdated. The staff is not the friendliest so think twice and really ask yourself how badly you need a room.

Bug infested and drug infested. Nosey managers, who probably are on crack or some other stimulant drug. Rent just gone up to $650 for a crappy room. Wi-Fi doesn't work, elevator is scary to ride, serious hitch in its giddy up. Late at night hookers and junkies come visit their clients and dealers. There are a lot better places I would recommend, just not this place.

Dive but when that's all you can afford. And the clientele very iffy. The managers are nice people but per the owner they let Riff Raff in but not normal everyday people. But the owner must like Riff Raff........

I am currently renting from here . is quiet and very clean manager is awesome and does exacrly what she says, hard too find anyoneike that these days. People that live here just need to find theur own door to smokenin front of. I dont smoke, neither does my 4 yr old....thank you
