White Castle - Fast food restaurant in Mt Healthy - 7319 Hamilton Ave #7313, USA

I waited in line for 20 minutes to get my food. It appears they're trying to mimic chick-fil-a. It's not working it's horrible they don't have enough people to do it. There needs to be at least one or two people outside with tablets taking orders taking money and that way you can roll up to the window and just pick up your food. I am very disappointed. Name oil is all the other fried foods. My French fries tasted like fish and were soggy limp and nasty. Somebody needs to run this place like a restaurant. Change the oil in the fryers have separate fryers for fries. Just routine things.

The line was long when I pulled up but it moved very quickly. I found out why it was long to begin with when I got my food. The fries were super hot and fresh. Same with the sliders I ordered.

Stopped bye grab breakfast n the line was around the building! They were replacing the drive thru with an open concept? Guy walked up n got my order walked back in n returned walking between all the cars like frogger? I asked him what they were doing n he said they trying to be like chick-Fila n laughed! He didn’t seem to happy about the situation n it was a mess! The other concern besides his safety was they taking your card back n forth! The restaurant he mentioned takes ur order n charges u right there then u get ur food! Food was good but concept best of luck!

Not open late now, that sucks. :-/ Buuuuuut, good people, usually quick service, still the White Castle we remember at this location. Still good vibes at the window and inside, cool carefree staff (in a good way), and just good to see a fast food place in my area still doing this well and how I remember it, with poise, skill and tact. They are truly appreciated!

This time quick service. The guy who took our order about 9pm (drive thru) had our order correct and he gave excellent customer service.

I've never had a bad experience at this particular White Castle and I now know why, because sh*t trickles down. The manager(s) are awesome and so the employees are awesome. Usually pretty fast service and my order is hot and correct!

Great location. Right off the Ronald Reagan crosstown on Hamilton Ave. The staff are great. Super professional. Unfortunately there weren't enough of them I counted 3 employees during the lunchtime crunch. Because if this, the customer dining area was neglected. Their priorities were for the drive-thru only. Tables, condiments area, rest room were all neglected because of this. Cleanliness was neglected because only drive-thru seen to matter. I put this on management. Not the employees.

I miss the onion chips. I got onion rings and they arent nearly as good. The drive thru was very, very slow due to construction on the side of the bldg.
