White Castle - Fast food restaurant in Griffith - 440 Ridge Rd, USA

If you have ever eaten White Castle, you know this place will fill you up. Nice remodel business with great parking. Staff was ok. They were very manageable at getting your food out quick hot and fresh. If you're in the area and looking for something not too expensive , this will do the trick.

The young lady that was at the counter taking our order had absolutely no personality at all. She did not acknowledge us as we stood there at the counter she had a sour look on her face and acted like she was completely bored while working. She had a very sour attitude and it was not friendly customer service behavior. I basically feel that they should fire her.

Went through the drive thru, service was great, food was fresh and hot, and order was correct. No complaints.

I ordered a #1 and a loaded fry. When the girl at the window handed me my food, I saw I was missing the regular fry that COMES with the meal. When I told her what I was missing, she had enough nerve to tell me that " no you ordered a number 1 and a loaded fry which means we replace the regular fry" I told her that's not how that works I ordered it separately from the meal. She then preceded to roll her eyes and shut the window on me while I was speaking. I don't know if she was upset about working Thanksgiving but very unacceptable. This happened about 1:00-1:30 pm today. And yes the receipt shows I paid for the loaded fry separately. Definitely won't be going back.

After waiting they Said online orders only at the drive through. What ever happened to customer service these days. I couldn't get the app to download. So went to The Wheel. I am Doordasher but hey I was hungry. I had a discount using my doordash card there. Well thanks White Castle for sending me away. So don't go there late night if your hungry. Smh

Got food from here lastnight on the 26th November at about 10:50 pm and I have been nauseated and sick almost 17 hours now with nothing but constantly running back and forth to the washroom constantly since I ate here. I got cheeseburgers, mozzarella sticks and tried an order of the cheesy rings something is definitely not right with the food from here. I'm wondering how long am I going to be sick I can't even think of going anywhere, except for being close to a washroom never have I eaten anywhere that made me get this sick ever.

Whoever works the drive-thru stole my card information and made purchases with my account. I will be getting my lawyer involved.
