Fast friendly service and as always the best coffee around. Two days in a row I went in there in the morning. I got a sandwich one day and the waffle eggs & sausage the next. I'm not sure what the problem was but neither sandwich seemed like it was fresh made. The waffles seemed like they were day old and the sausage was bone dry. I expected better.
Ordered a pack of 20 cheese sliders and a 10 pack of regular sliders, along with a pack of onion chips, pack of fries and mozzarella cheese sticks. I was given 10 jalapeño sliders, food was cold, tasted stale and onion chips hard. I called the store and the guy who took my order answered the phone stating he knew I was going to call and said that I ordered the jalapeño sliders, which I did not. He basically called me a liar and was arguing with me on the phone. Wasn't my choice to eat there. Waste of $50.
Very good! Not a fan of the menu. Hard to choose. Kind of like 'Get 15 sliders or get 100!' I don't like the numbering system. I'd rather just choose a number bet 1-20.
Very rude customer service. I remained polite and respectful, but she continued to be nasty towards me. I don't even like the food.
Update: Ordered 2 waffle sandwiches and both were rotten with mold on the unsure of the egg. I didn't realize it until I was half way thru the 2nd sandwich. The pc of egg that fell from the 1st sandwich had the same mold. I'm praying I don't get sick but if I do I still have the food I saved in the bag.
Fries were cold but sliders were good. Service was great! I always have to get these when I visit from Tennessee.

I stopped for a peppermint frosty. It was okay. I did not think it was very pepperminty. I also was expecting little pieces of peppermint candy, but when I think about frostys, they are smooth, not chunky; my bad for thinking otherwise.

We were looking for a good place for wine tasting and luckily they were open on Tuesday. Most others were not open till later in the week. We were welcomed when we entered. The building is clean and comfortable and new looking. The staff is helpful
It's an amazing historical site. It has a 6 story working grist mill powered by a 29 foot water wheel spun by the power of the head waters of the Hocking River it is a must see. Go on the last Sunday of the month and they actually mill grain.
