Growing up in New Jersey, but not a lot of extra money to eat out, white castles became one of the reliable go to spots when I was a kid. So when I started venturing to Kentucky for work, it was no way that I cannot stop and have white castle. I have been to Kentucky 5 to 6 times, and I have eaten at a location every time. This location was busy, but it was not a long wait and it was a really friendly staff.
Grew up on White Castle in Chicago!! We live in North Carolina so I was super excited when I saw this location right off Interstate 75 !!!! Food was excellent, the restaurant was a little outdated, but I'm here for the food!! Fresh and hot, and very friendly staff!! Wish I could have eaten more!!
This is such a treat every time we make the drive out there. We drive about an hour and a half from home to eat at white castle. It's just superior in every way to anything we have around here that would be considered similar. I would love to see a White Castle open up closer to home, but that may take away some of the magic of this experience. I just wish I could get it more than twice a year. Maybe if gas prices come back down one day we can make the journey more often. Please just go. If you have read any of my reviews on Google and appreciated any info I have given. Just go to White Castle in London, KY. Any white castle should suffice if that one is not the closest.
The lady that waited on us in the drive thru was so very nice, friendly, polite and professional. She definitely deserves a raise and I would make her the face of the company. If only every fast food restaurant could have someone like her. This was at the London location on 12/23/23 at around 2 p.m.
The restroom,males,was filthy. The drink machine was not working. The counter help was not rude,just not welcoming. And the mustard was not good looking? Looked like grayish green vomit. The flavor was ok until I saw the off-putting green mustard.
We drove 7.5 hours from Loris SC to London Kentucky for a sack of sliders. Stayed overnight and went back to the Castle for my breakfast burgers for the long drive back home. Grabbed a crave case for when we got home. I wish White Castle would open up a restaurant closer to Loris. (Hint)
After our experience today I regret not going here sooner. For a fast food joint this place blows all of its surrounding competition out of the water. From the awesome and friendly service to the delicious food (we even received everything we ordered without having to go back) Making this place the best choice. We visited around 5pm on a Thursday so I hope that doesn't make much of a difference in consistency.
Simple #1 happy meal with cheese and a coke and a cream soda. Too long to get cold sliders (2 of which missing pickle) and no fries, and no coke. (Only 1 drink rang up) Drive thru by the highway. I was SOL.

Absolutely love this place! Today was my first time going in and the 2 men helped me out a lot on deciding what I wanted. They ended up making me a pancake shaken expresso with blueberry cold foam, and it was AMAZING! Will definitely be going back! T

From outta town and stopped in for a lil local food. Not typically a bbq person but it was so yummy. Try them corn nuggets and apples. Mmmm. Kat and everyone else was super friendly. If I lived here definitely would be one of my main food spots.
