My order was short 4 of the spicey sloppy joes the last visit, last month they put cheese on burgers i asked them to not. Receipt was correct too, so i know i ordered correctly. If people dont want to work or work half a$$ed w bad attitudes just let us know and we will cook a food at home. Tired of spending $$$ and being disappointed.
Wanted coupon or charge more. Told the lady just keep them. Serve peanut size sandwiches which is mostly bread. My as well go to Taco Bell seems to have more and less bread for your $$.
Not the staffs fault as there was a 100 burger order that was made before we ordered in the drive thru. Waited over 45 mins to get our food. All the food was great but the milk shake and smoothie had something really wrong with them. Couldn't finish either of them so we threw them out. Other than the wait and drinks the food was great.
Been having a Great experience with fresh food from the cook, this was from a few days ago. Went this evening and ordered a 10 sack with jalapeno cheese, and the sandwiches came with a pound of Onions, So I called customer service and they was supposed to get right back with me so as I was waiting for my supper. I decided to run the same sandwiches back, and showed the girl All the Onions falling out of the bag. the girl said - would you like me to remake them and she made them the same way with the pound of Onions. Wow! Still haven't had supper and waiting for customer service to contact me. Time on the receipt 7:30. time now 9:22
The big guy who works drive thru is very nice young man always polite and thorough
Decent fast food joint, food is very greasy though. I can't really eat the sliders, lest I pay quite the hefty plumber's bill. Food is good for the price but it seems like prices have increased lately. I hate inflation!

Best white castles we've had in years! Was with my 86 year old mother, and the staff was gracious and accommodating to her special requests and needs. As far as atmosphere... I mean, it's a White Castle. It was very clean and quiet but not the place I go to looking for "atmosphere".
Still lovely! Nicely kept city park. Love the Greenway Trail wandering through it as well. Be nice to have a restroom open all year though, this is a popular place. ð

The restaurant was clean, service was good, and the food was good too. After a mishap with the order, the waitress quickly fixed it. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive.
Bob Evans is a great place to enjoy a "home cooked" breakfast without the hassle of cleaning up! This location is really clean and well kept. The staff is friendly and efficient. For breakfast try the whole hog meal. The sweet tea is a must have also
