White Cap Motel - Motel in North Wildwood - 310 E 25th Ave, USA

Rooms are in horrible condition and very awful customer service. Stayed there for 1 night and an hour into being there we seen a mouse run across the floor. We told the front desk and she gave us a new room which was good but the new room was even worse. as soon as walked in their were gnats and flies all around. We seen so much mold in the kitchen cabinet just covered up with A TOWEL. Also under the seats. My mom has emphysema and COPD and should not be breathing in mold, let alone anyone else. The tub was clearly not even wiped down because their was a bunch of hair in it and the bathroom had a strong scent of urine that lured out into the whole room, we kept the door shut and didn't even shower. The window didn't lock and they said they would fix it, we came back and it was fixed with a screw that fell right out when I went to make sure it was secure. Their was a piece of floor that came up from in the bedroom and looked like an underground tunnel when I pulled it up, it was completely exposed with nothing even on top and just felt so unsafe so I put a table there for the night. When listing all of these problems that completely ruined our stay and our comfort, the lady told us that we should not have moved or looked at anything and we shouldn’t have looked in the cabinets then told us not to come back to their hotel. I am in complete shock and disgust of this place and the costumer service. Im seeing a lot of reviews with the same problems as well, please do yourself a favor and stay literally anywhere else!

This place is horrible and FILLED WITH MOLD EVERYWHERE YOU LOOK.Mice running around and ran by crackheads. Smells of urine & Completely unsafe & filthy rotten dirty. A huge opening in the ground that led to an underground basement of some sort?!! We ( my son & daughter) had to put a 75 lb dresser on top of it to feel safe & then I complained & was told not to come back then!!!! I explained I can't drive at night or I would've left immediately,no other hotels were open at this time for check-in as well. Very loud music ,weed smell all within the hotel & drug addicts running it!!! Very scary,unsafe,& filthy ..GO ELSEWHERE, ANYWHERE BUT HERE. SHOULD BE CONDEMNED!!!!

Coming here for the past 5 years. This year was the worst. We got the same room as the past 2 years. Room 1. Apon arriving we were greeted. Waited 30 minutes for the office to open and be checking in. Entered the room you could smell freshly cleaned but once turning on the air conditioners you got blasted in the face with mold smell. Checking the ac's you can clearly see black mold. Day 3 clearly headaches and breathing issues and it's also hurting the dogs breathing. Can't wait to get away from here and be checked out my urgent care when returning home.

The White Caps Motel was a great stay for our one night in Wildwood, with our dog. The room was what you'd expect for the price. The beds were comfortable enough, the room was clean, the bathroom was updated. The pool was nice and relaxing. The best part was the location, just two blocks from the boardwalk and a couple blocks from the Wildwood Dog Beach. Will likely return.

Extremely poor experience with this motel, would not recommend. Location is wonderful if you are looking to be close to everything, but the amenities were just bad. Initially, we were placed in a literal closet that has been turned into a room with no window or smoke detector, 4 cement walls with a bathroom. Oh, but there was a window in the bathroom we were told!!! Refused to stay there so the following day we were moved to a room with two windows, OK. Still, no functioning TV, dirty comforter, ants on floor and along one wall, and as far as outside, no drainage near the pool, so it was flooded right outside of every first floor room that is near the pool, mine included. No functioning ice machine either. Just nasty and old and dirty. Pay the money and go somewhere else!

The room was extremely clean. We were arriving late and they accommodated us so we could get into our room. It's located barely a block and a half from the boardwalk which is great. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

Amazing place for a couple get away, very chill, and two blocks from the northern most point of the legendary boardwalk. Thank you White Caps!

First, I have to say that the staff was great. Very pleasant, friendly and helpful. The room however, was not great. Very small and extremely cramped. Hard to even walk around. Absolute worst part of entire stay was the lack of hot water and the no water pressure in the shower. The water almost water never got warmer than tepid our entire three night stay. You'd think you could just hop into the shower and be quick, but that's impossible because it takes forever to wash and rinse your hair due to the lack of water pressure. Not too far from the boardwalk, which is great, but the nightmare that was the shower situation and the cramped room would prevent me from staying here again.
