For what this park offers, it’s five stars. Modest price. Helpful nearby owner. Clean restrooms. Great cable. Decent WiFi. Level and tidy sites, many occupied by workers. A quiet refuge away from I-10. (There is an adjacent busy local road, but you don’t hear big-truck noise.) Entire area is still recovering from two devastating hurricanes in 2020.

One of the nicest parks we've stayed at! Awesome paved spots, nice yard at each spot, pull through spots, nice laundry and mail room. We loved the park across the street. A great place to stay if you have kids, very family oriented! The owner was so helpful, and responsive if we needed anything. We had an issue with our jack system and he was quick to offer help and references for a repair man. Can't say enough good things about our stay there! We will be back 😊

The park is clean, level, and quiet. The spots had a lot of space. Larry was accommodating when we had issues with our truck and had to move our reservation. It was a really great stopping point for us on our trip. We highly recommend it!

Very good and safe overnight stay. A couple of shade trees in the middle of park. They have a laundry room. 95% of spaces have nice, flat concreted parking. Very convenient! Office workers very nice! Recommend highly.

This place is great! Concrete slabs with plenty of room in between spots. It was very quiet, clean, and had fast internet for video streaming and gaming. The owner is very active and almost always on site if needed. I stayed here for work and the owner keeps up with you to see if you need to change your payment plan if you're leaving soon. Price may be higher than others around but you're staying at a very well kept camp site, not someones back yard.

Very nice place for what it is. Everything looks new. You get free cable television. All of the hookups are brand new looking. The sites are almost all concrete pads. All look to be level side to side. Pass code protected laundry and bathrooms. The office staff were very nice and accommodating. We had a storm the day we were supposed to arrive (very windy). The gentleman advised that I should definitely not drive there in the wind gusts and to just arrive the following day. We got our 7th day free for staying a week. You are just a few miles off of I-10. Just a few minutes to Lake Charles. Shopping is all close by. Verizon signal is good at 2-3 bars and my Cricket (att) Hotspot is getting all 5 bars. The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars is just personal preference. I like "campgrounds". They don't have a pool or pond or playground here. That being said, you can actually walk across the road to Pinederosa Park. They have the nicest playground we have ever seen. It is huge huge huge and brand new looking (January 2022). There is a splash pad for the hot weather. Tons of really cool playground equipment. Some stuff we have never seen before. All free. Again, I have nothing bad to say at all about this place. We would definitely stay here again. It is a no hassle, easy hookup, calm, clean, quiet place to stay right off I-10. 😉
