This is one of the friendlier Whataburgers that I've been to. I placed an order on the app incorrectly and they had no problem making it right for me. I prefer to go to this one over the one near my house. Great service!

I never WASTE my time reviewing fast food joints but I like the manager attitude here. I hope he keeps up the good attitude and humor. 5 minutes till 11am and I still wanted breakfast. He was cool enough to allow breakfast to be ordered and the breakfast was good. I don't have enough pictures of this visit but again, I don't waste my time with fast joints. This place is very clean and I saw one guy going around keeping up with the place inside and out. This was my first time eating at this whataburger location and so far so good. I did not catch the manager name but I can upload a video of us joking.

I will start off with the positive. The food was fresh. The reason I gave it 3 stars is because I put in an online order for pick up in the store and the doors were locked and I had to go to the drive thru line. Over 20min after they said my food would be ready I finally got it at the window. I was exhausted which is why I wanted to go in and get it. If I knew the doors were going to be locked I wouldn't have ordered there. Just don't have that as an option if you're going to lock your doors.

I came to get two sausage biscuits regular and I ended up get the jalapeños biscuits, so I back to get my food fixed. One lady(light skin) was nice and apologized. On the hand the man that brought my food to the window got mad because they only give me one when I had. I asked the lady at the window for their names and she didn’t want to give them to me.

Ordered online for no wait faster service, it was terrible, only one cook "they said", get there had to wait 25 mins drive thru was cleared& faster than my order. Lousy cs& red soda running down my bag,food wasnt hot@all,warm after that long wait,I don't appreciate this periodT!! Food always not correct regularly here also. Honestly I live here, 12 YRS& forced to go elsewhere. Ask for management, still only an apology for terrible service &that's not too great nyther. ALL THE TIME @#866..NO CARE FOR COSTOMERS DIGNITY& NO RESPECT STOPPINF & EATING. I MUST BE FAIR & TELL TRUTH!
