Whataburger - Restaurant in Queen Creek - 20151 S Ellsworth Rd, USA

This was my second visit to Whataburger at this location. Most likely it will be my last. I like the burgers at Whataburger, but this location comes up lacking. The taste of my burger was just okay... same as the other time I visited. No punch of flavor, quite bland. I would give other locations higher marks, but Queen Creek Whataburger is lacking.

Update 08/30/23 -- for the last two months the breakfast taquitos have been perfect!! I ordered a taquito with cheese and it has to be the grossest I've ever seen eggs. Looks like they didn't clean their grill all day. Returned a week later, eggs were brown and greasy. Asked how often they clean their grill. The manager responded every shift. I showed her the brown greasy eggs and she thought they looked fine. I asked for a refund but she aggressively demanded I let her remake them personally. So anytime I want taquitos I need to have the manager make them personally I guess? Seems unreasonable. Will be the last time I visit whataburger. Linda remade my order and as you can see, in the last picture they're cooked perfectly!! I hope they can train their staff to use LESS oil when cooking the eggs. Update: this is my last time coming here. The eggs are either covered in oil, burnt, old or poorly made. Stay away from this location.

The girl working the drive-through, taking orders, needs to take some lessons on customer service. She was extremely rude in her tone and her communication. It’s not like Whataburger even has really good food where I would come back for the food despite the service. Management really should train their employees on how to talk to customers.i e worked in customer service for the majority of my life, so I’m always polite. Even when this girl was rude, I was still polite because I never sink to their level. Hopefully she was just having a bad day, but something tells me this is the norm for her.

**update* just got done at eating at a different location and I wish I had driven the extra 15+ min to this location.12/23/24 ** The staff is super friendly and this location is so clean compared to other whataburger locations I've been to. The burgers were cooked perfectly! Only issue I had was the fries but i probably just waited to long to eat them.

Excellent ingredients and served hot! Only complaint is the inconsistency of the end result. My order : two green chile double, large fries, large onion rings for $27. When you pay that much for drive-thru food, they can't skimp out on what they give you. My green Chiles on the burger were a teaspoon size place directly in the middle of the burgers. Onion rings and fries were great. I've been a loyal customer.

The family and I really enjoy Whataburger. The food is always hot and fresh and the staff is always friendly. Staff bringing food to the table along with a tray full of condiments is a great touch. Dining room is always on the chilly side, especially when drinking an ice cold beverage. Restrooms can use a little more attention to detail

I waited about 20 minutes in the drive-through line after ordering my food which I never got a total for at the intercom. They just told me to pull up to the second window and they would have my total then. I ended up just taking off without picking up my food Because I was running late to an appointment because of this. This location really needs to fix this issue. Having been a local guide for about 10 years now, this is seriously unacceptable. The car in front of me was the only other car there at the time and three other vehicles had gotten their orders before I had received my one burger which I never got because I had to leave.

Classic Whataburger food quality, service, and unbeatable hours. Being from Texas originally, I’m glad I have this option nearby! 1/8/24 Revision: lately the fries have been terrible - rubbery, cold, and lacking in flavor/salt. I don’t know what happened, but my last three visits, the fries have been a serious weak point in otherwise good meals.
