The staff was amazing and the food was fresh. I can't remember the young man's name at the counter, but he treated my young niece and nephew great. He heard me say their names, and that's what hw addressed them by. It was surprising and a totally unique experience. Thank you
Greatest customer service I have ever had and this was at a fast food place! I can't say enough about how well I felt taken care of. We ate inside for breakfast and they carried my food to me and offered a caddy of condiments and other possible necessary items. Absolutely felt they went above and beyond
Normally I got the what a burger on 29, heading north, out of Pensacola and Ensley, but this time I stopped at the one on 9th, just before the highway; and was deeply disappointed.. Whataburger is one of my favorite burger places to eat. The chili cheese burger they have right now is fire. The restaurant is always clean an they have excellent service. I highly recommend 9 Mile road Pensacola FL.

They asked for my name for the order even though I was in the drive thru. And still got my name wrong anyway. As usual with Whataburger they weren't very fast but that's any one of their stores in any state they have

The restaurant looks clean and well stocked with knives, spoons, forks, straws, ketchup, lids, etc.
