WOW - Great MEAT burger but WHOA that spicy ketchup is BEYOND TERRIFIC! Had never been to a Whataburger ever so Had to stop and I WAS MISSING SO MUCH. Best burger in YEARS, meat GREAT (which we all know isn't usually the case) great Fresh bun&toppings, perfect amt of cheese - but that Spicy Ketchup is NOT really spicy - just a bit of kick and brings a whole new dimension to the sandwich. I leave in the morning or I'd be going back for three to take on the long drive home to NY. No joke people - you see a Whataburger - do yourself and your taste buds a favor and slam on those brakes. I RARELY have Great food posts - but I only got the burger and it was way past any expectations. I really thought, "just another burger spot" but SO NOT THE CASE. I've never had a bad experience here! The staff always seems super chill, but not lacking in great customer service. The food doesn't sit for long periods of time they get it straight up and out whether you come through drive-thru , eat in , or pick it up ! The restaurant always seems very clean and well maintained, which is hard to come by in today's lackadaisical world of people who simply do not care , do not take pride in their jobs, and do not care who knows it. Yet expect an unreasonable wage for their blatant disrespect and barely doing the bare minimum job performance. Great Job Whataburger please keep up the good work and setting a standard every other fast food restaurant should be striving for !!!

Worst service I have ever had at a Whataburger. This is my youngest sons favorite restaurant so we have it two chances and was extremely disappointed both times. Both times our order was wrong and cold after a 25 mins wait. The second time it was also “missed” even though I asked about my order several times before the came to this conclusion. Then they brought it our wrong and went to fix it. Still came out wrong and was ice cold. The man next to me was having the same issue. He asked if they could at least put his food in the microwave to heat it back up and they told him they could heat food in the microwave??? They also didn’t offer to make him a new hot sandwich either. Place is poorly ran and always dirty. All they seem to do is chase their tails and never get orders out

I’m annoyed with this location. ANNOYED!! I don’t know why I continue to patronize this place but it’s the small things that I dislike. The wait time can be horrible but, honestly that’s not what bothers me assuming I’m receiving fresh food. However, this isn’t the case. Either my fries are cold and stale or the “entree” item is stale. Never fails. They currently owe me 2 chicken biscuits that I’ve never bothered to retrieve because that’s just how over it I am. Biscuits were so hard I could use them in a fight as a weapon. My latest complaint is the drive thru NEVER gives me napkins nor my dipping sauce. They currently have wings and I always order my dipping sauce but have yet to receive it. I choose to just leave the restaurant and eat my wings without the sauce because the drive thru line is so long that I can’t circle back around. I really need for management to ensure that customers are receiving fresh food for the amount of time I have to wait for my food. Please provide dipping sauces when ordered and give napkins as a normal practice. I mean in real life do you lick your fingers clean? I’m sure you don’t. Give out napkins!!

Went to Whataburger for the first time at my brother's suggestion. Never again. Total chaos in this store with the employees. Everyone was going in different directions, and no organization that I could see. I ordered my triple burger, the young lady at the register took my name, and I sat on a bench directly across from the lady that took my order. For over 30 minutes, I sat there waiting and waiting, watching people who ordered after me get their orders. I finally asked the lady who took my order where it was. She punched some keys on the register, then said she could not find my order. She went out back and found the manager who came to the front desk, said she remembered making the order and giving it to Mike. Apparently, there were two Mike's who placed the same order. It must have been outside the building because I had never heard MIKE called while I was there. She did offer to make me a new order or get my money back. I opted for the money since I did not want to sit for another 30 minutes waiting for a burger to not show up. Never again. I will just go to McDonalds, Wendy's, or Burger King.

A very good burger, and very good onion rings. The service staff are friendly and helpful. The ambiance is typical of fast food restaurants. Overall a pleasant meal.
