Whataburger - Restaurant in San Antonio - 26510 U.S. Hwy 281 N, USA

This Whataburger is very consistent in both their food and service. Drive thru may seem like a long line, but they're very efficient in working both lines. They take your payment and bring out the drinks while you wait for your food. By time you get to the front, they hand you your food and you're on your way. Food is always well-prepared and consistently made. Came back this week since they brought back the classic Chili Cheese Burger and fries.

The food is fine for the most part, some of the kids working there don't seem to care about much but ya know, teenagers. Their issue is that they pretty much always forget something in your order. You ask for 4 ketchup packs, you're lucky if you get 1 or any at all. You ask for a side of onion rings, nope. I always ask for a side of gravy but I only get it half of the time. When I'm lucky enough to receive it, half of THAT time it looks like water in a cup. No joke. I usually order curbside and almost always have to go inside to resolve these issues. I try to avoid this location but it's closer to me and my daughter likes it. Sigh.

My first experience at Whataburger. It was fantastic. The staff was wonderful. I had the chili cheese burger with bacon. It tastes so good. Tried the white chocolate raspberry shake. You can really taste the raspberry, loved it. Try it out! This place is amazing

Great tasting burgers! Fresh meat and fresh vegetables, and with a variety of choices on their menu.

Black guy Manager was one I won't forget, he was everything you could hope for that is a manager . The whole crew was hands down on top of their Whataburger job. Great place too.

Every time i got to whataburger they screw up my order..well 9 out of 10 . I ask for crispy bacon and I get this soggy uncooked looking strip. They put way too much mustard and way way too much onions. I like onions on my burger but they go over board so I tell them minus the onions and still put them on. Never fails. So we stopped going to Whataburger . I go to Burger Boy now . If you haven't tried Burger Boy you should . Way better than whataburger.

Great place! The prettiest picture perfect Whataburger Double Jr every time. Though, getting hot fries are something Whataburger has not perfected at any of their restaurants, crews think the hot lamps keeps them crisp and crunchy...wrong. But this Whataburger is among the best on the 281 corridor, Marble Falls being the worse.

James Grimes delivered our late night snack to our wedding and he did awesome! It was so special to have our local Whataburger do this for us! We will be coming here forever. Thank you James & the Whataburger staff for being a part of our special day!
