First time trying whataburger and got to say way better than I expected and the fries are so good
1. My hamburger was not cold, but not even warm. 2. There were 3 deep finger impressions on the bun. I was too hungry to complain. All the fast food restaurants in Bastrop are on Bastrop time ( not in any hurry to get your food to you)
I've been here way too many times to count and I'd say it earns a good 4 stars. The last I went a while back, it took some time to get medium-quality Whataburger... Overall I've had much more experiences that are good rather than bad, so yeah I reccommend it :)
Good value and glad they have fish for lent. The price is very competitive compared to its competitors. The staff were fast .
If I could rate this place a ZERO I would. We went in at 10:50 to order 2 fries and 2 apple pies. We watched them make 5 batches of fries, and an employee clock out and take one of the two pies they had ready. After 20 minutes of waiting. We still had to wait an extra 4 minutes for the pies. Because they no longer had 2 for us. To say I’m livid is an understatement. The guy who looked like the “manager” couldn’t care less about the service he and his employees were providing. We eat at whataburger almost daily but will drive a little further from our new home as to not visit this location again. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
Order was accurate, fresh, delicious, and didn't take very long to get out the window and into my belly where it belonged. Good service and vibes from employees. Plus they have my favorite ice cubes. All around satisfying experience.
I was thinking this would be like any other whataburger off the block, but the employee named Brendan was such a great help that he truly made my visit a great one. His customer service was astounding and he was very accommodating to my needs. I would definitely recommend anyone to come visit this whataburger purely for excellent customer service.
Super disappointed. In no situation is waiting 30 minutes in a drive thru line acceptable. Much less waiting that long and not getting food. At the 30 minute mark we were still in the same place. The car in front of me (I was in the right side line) finally got their food and left and so did I. I would have left sooner but I was blocked in by the curb. Two food orders came out the entire time I was in line. Mind blown. I was extremely tempted to go inside to try and understand how in the world this could be the case. Even with one or two people running the entire kitchen you can crack out orders with a 10-12 minute average—at most. If this standard is so far off, I feel confident in assuming the other important standards, like food safety, and cleanliness are also off.
HT in Bastrop is hands down the CLEANEST gym I have been too. All the employees are constantly mopping, dusting, and making sure all equipment are well stocked and sanitized. Amber always has a smile on her face and ensures all employees treat every

The Texas Reptile Zoo is a hidden gem in Bastrop! The facility is family owned and operated. The owners are very friendly, informative and engaged with their guests. I was especially impressed by the high level of animal activity in each exhibit!!
It was our 1st time to go there. We went because the Shop Dawgz band was playing. Really cool place. Love the atmosphere. We were outside on the porch and sat in a rocking chair! The acoustics was really good. I hear their drinks were really good. I
We were vendors at the Christmas Saturdays event. The Bastrop County Museum & Visitor's Center was nearby and offered restroom access to whomever. While going in and out, I had the opportunity to meet the lovely ladies who work there. Truly kind peop
This place is GREAT! Another reviewer said it has "mismatched" tables and chairs, but that was not true today. It's a small business, and a good portion of their trade is takeout, so there are only a limited number of tables and chairs. The room an
Would rather HEB would upgrade more into a huge overall food and department store. I would rather put my money into HEB than into a corporation that doesn't even donate to the community. You can always find massive products that come from HEB at any
Wow! What a fun place! A friend and I met for breakfast at 8 and by the time we left it felt like most of Bastrop was there and rightfully so. We had Migas, grits, eggs, home style potatoes, biscuits, basically the works to try out a breakfast place.
