Whataburger - Restaurant in Ridgeland - 800 E County Line Rd, USA

Large order of onion rings only had 2 complete rings, 3/4 of the next one and then a few crumbs :-( food wasn't as tasty as well :-(. Like a fool I tried them again..this time half my order was missing and the other half was under cooked. And they use to be so good :-(

I always like to have Whataburger every time we go on a road trip. I didn't even know they had locations in MS. I'm glad they do. I really enjoyed the food, and customer service is what you would expect from a 24 location.

I ordered a breakfast platter meal this morning 1/7/2024! I didn't get my hashbrowns! The pancakes that I ordered were not completely made. They look like broke pieces of bread.

Whataburgers are generally good clean restaurants and this one followed their golden rule. Only complaint when I ordered was the lady did not ask if we wanted to add cheese to our #1 orders. So we were disappointed when our burgers had no cheese. But it was still good and the fries were nice and hot. We don't eat fast food a lot, but when we do...this is what our go-to place is because there is not one near us in Collierville TN.

Impatient , onions was very musty ,not good at all the service was horrible received my food with it looking like they threw it into the bag , managers attitude was horrible , only 1 worker was great and that was the one who received the payment

A tray of cinnamon is the best late night treat! Took one out and popped it in the microwave for 30 seconds and that’s it!!! Yaaaassss

I went to the drive through and I can’t reach the speaker because I was pulling a trailer with some very high bathrooms that I could hit the ceiling of the speaker ,so I went to the window and there was this unpleasant woman saying what you want ? With very bad attitude! Then I was trying to explain and she don’t let me talk and start to screaming and lock the window leaving me outside. I felt so humiliated and I will never go back to eat at that place.
