Whataburger - Restaurant in Harker Heights - 130 E Central Texas Expy, USA

I ordered Curbside today, and everything was delicious. I got the fried chicken sandwich meal with a Powerade and brownie. Everything tasted fresh, and I requested extra sauce on my sandwich and was very happy with it. 😊

I’m not ever one to complain but this Whataburger never ceases to amaze me with their wait times. My entire lunch breaks are usually spent waiting in their drive thru, regardless of the fact that my order is usually a singular meal & a kids meal at that. 25+ minutes for 2 chicken tenders is ridiculous & curbside is a joke when even if your order is advance will take you about the same & then you get to hope that they didn’t forget anything.

I have yet to find a complaint about Whataburger. Even when busy, it flows quickly. Served hot and with a smile. Went back and decided to try curbside pickup. Only negative was that it took 7 minutes longer than the high end of their anticipated completion time. Food was still good but had to reheat it at the house. Update: Quicker service this time during curbside pickup. I question my reliability as a reviewer when Spicy Ketchup is involved. But, sincerely, left very happy.

Was great food but part way to finishing my burger I had seen the most rotten part of a tomato sticking out. Everyone at the drive thru was super kind and friendly.

Whataburger who ever works the night shift needs to be retrained…what is the point of telling you how I want my burger? If I say plain with only cheese, bacon, ketchup and mayo and PLEASE no onions it’s a FOOD ALLERGY or any vegetables why would you load it up with ONIONS and put vegetables? I don’t get it happens every time after work when I go there to order. And I ALWAYS order the same thing!!!

I absolutely looove their egg and cheese biscuit although It’s not the best Carb wise! It’s my Guilty pleasure ! I must admit every single time it consistently makes me so happy! They have great customer service! I’m not big on sitting inside fast food restaurants at all but if I wanted to here, they keep it clean!

Went last night forgot my cheese Patties were super dry and the way ubwanted the burgers where made wrong! Today I go to get replaced. I will be calling corporate and finding out who was working in the kitchen. You can see for yourself. But they will be sent to corporate. As well as the Brlyee who took my replacement order wrong again.

Dude if I can give 0 stars I would just off this one experience on 11/18 at around 7:20pm … I’m not usually a KAREN but gahhhdamnnn . I went there to pick up a doordash order store had about 15 other customers inside and a lot in the drive through … when I asked the young man in the front if the order was ready after 30 mins of me waiting he said “idk I’m up here with y’all “ I said can you check “he said idk we have someone new” although everyone else in the drive through was being helped smoothly. I over heard a women getting upset that she had been waiting on a favor order for over 45 minutes, there was also this young lady that thought she was the manager or something … mouthing off under her breath … the lady that had been waiting stepped outside and I saw the young lady say “finally she’s gone” .. mind you they were not understaffed at all . After me multiple people were waiting on orders . CMON WHATABURGER SO UNPROFESSIONAL … did not end up getting my doordash order till around 8:10pm👎
