Whataburger - Restaurant in Willis - 12721 Interstate 45 N, USA

1st time to eat at this location. Eva took our order and brought it to use. She is very friendly and helpful. Her kindness made our travel easier. Tried the chilli Cheeseburger and it was delicious. This location is well kept and maintained. If back in the area we will definitely return.

This location offered high quality food without anything being cold. They didn’t make top marks because their actual restaurant wasn’t being served. They had all staff working food and drive through leaving those of us in the dining room in the lurch. I stood for easily five minutes waiting for the staff to turn up who was scheduled to the front desk. No one came. I finally leaned over and yelled in the kitchen. This is a MAJOR dropping of the ball.

They messed up my order, and only put a half of a piece of bacon when I am paying for extra bacon, take a look at the picture to see what the “extra” bacon I paid $1.79 was. The guy making food is filthy, and looks like he works at an oil change shop, his orange uniform shirt was black on the front. When I ordered in the drive through, they didn’t bother to tell me their system was updating, so I had to sit at the window for way too long, and if you look at my pictures you can see they haven’t even wiped the counter where coke is spilled. I hope I don’t get sick from their lack of hygiene

My first time eating at this place and let me say I was disappointed not because of the food but because the managers at this place speak to their employees horribly. I understand the importance of getting our food but there are better ways to treat your employees. I was just shocked I don't know the name of the manager but someone should talk to the GM.

Always my favorite whataburger! The food here is the best, the sodas are better than anywhere in willis, and tonight the food runner outside in the drive thru was top notch! Love the personality and work ethic he had. Thanks Willis Whataburger!!! 1/6/24 6:20pm

I haven’t eaten the food yet but I just waited 27 minutes in the drive through for a couple burgers and a shake. So much for fast food. Service everywhere sucks these days and nobody cares about making it better. I hope I don’t get home and find out it’s cold and nasty.

Literally the worst whataburger I've ever been to. Frequent incorrect orders; ridiculous wait times, really incompetent employees, "out of ice and regular buns" a common occurrence. Did I mention their employees are useless? Just drive down the road. Tonight I pull up for a curbside for a burger and fries and a country gravy, and a drink. I go inside because I know this location sucks, I'm handed a empty cup, discover there is no ice and then stand in the lobby for 30 mins like a jackass while they take a few people's orders and focus on drive thru. Get my food,.get in the car and low and behold missing fries and gravy. This location is just God awful at all times.
