Whataburger - Restaurant in San Antonio - 3239 SE Military Dr, USA

We were impressed by how diligently the staff was working. The line outside and the parking lot were packed. They served our orders in an average amount of time. The restaurant atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. My comment about the food is that you all know we all like their menu. I ordered online and all my specifications materialized correctly. I liked the A-100 posted on the wall. Most likely we will come back despite full knowledge about high empty calories :)

Just bought burgers and all burgers had rotten lettuce. Management should pay more attention to what they are serving to the public. Bad food service.

Always great service. Never need to check my bag, they try to be quick even with super long lines. And the girls who bring out my curbside are always pleasant and nice. I go here quite a bit.

I hadn't been back in a while and was feeling sick, but I wanted a good something good to eat. It took a while to even place may order. I got my order and drove home. The patties were burnt, and the cheese wasn't even melted. Truly horrible experience.

This Burger here is very disappointing. I made a order online in doordash and this here is the result of getting a bacon & cheese whataburger meal from Whataburger. it was supposed to have Cheese, Bacon Slices, Tomato, Lettuce, Pickles, Diced Onions, and Mustard. But as you can see in the picture. It only has the patty, cheese, bacon and very small amount of mustard. super dry burger = dissatisfied customer. but doordash is good so it's not their fault in this case.

My family came into town from New York. They have never had Whataburger! They were so impressed that the fries weren’t salty lol. But Great service and food! They closed early since the manger was in the back?? No clue. But no complaints!

This is my favorite place to eat but today was not a good day. I stood in line for a good 20 mins before i was able to order my food. I only get 1 hr lunch now I'm waiting for my food to come n probably will have to take with me n eat it in the way. It would be nice if the managers would help out instead of the assistant or team leader alone. Everyone in the back didn't bother coming out to give him a helping hand.

Even though they were busy with Drive-Thru and online orders they still managed to give my family and I fast fresh food. Operating partner walked around to check up on us, very friendly man. Tom McLaughlin keep up the great workflow 👌🏾💯
