The food tastes great. The employees were kind and they completed my order quickly. The employees are super kind!!! They sang Happy Birthday to my brother and made him smile. Thank you for making his day extra special!!!! God bless y’all!!!

I have a good experience before this location I order double meat whata burger and wb spicy chicken sand but I got plastic wrap in side my double meat burger I call the manager and show her but she start giving me excuses instead of apologies and she gives me a choice of making another one or refund I get my refund and left.

Probably the nicest staff I have seen in a long time!! They welcomed us when we entered, facilities were nice and clean. Food was hot and fresh as were just passing through and took it to go. They made sure we had enough condiments for the road!! Highly Recommend!!

You'd be better off eating in the restaurant. I ordered curbside and they never came out. I had to go in and tell them I was picking up my curbside order. Then had to wait for them to make it. Overall took about 30 min to get my food.

Took for ever to take order, and fries are were could; I would’ve gone back but don’t want to wast anymore time with them. Just go to the one in five points way better.

The cashier was rude, disrespectful, and argued with me. She didn't give us what we asked for and didn't use our app to get our point. We asked twice, and we wanted to use our points for the order and didn't do it. Her name is Maria. I'm not coming there again. I rather go to the next town over to another Whatabuger.

The place was a mess. Fries soaking in the drink area. No coffee. Our order, two #22s, took 30 minutes. Not a good way to start the year.

We waited for about 7 mins at the drive thru lane to place our order, the team leader kept telling us to please wait but she kept taking orders on the left lane, we were on the right lane. After the 7 mins we decided to leave, but as we pulled up we were stuck behind some cars waiting for their order. I call to to talk for manager and she tells me she is going to help us right now and hangs up, don’t take the order. I call back on the phone and ask for the manager, waited 5 minutes and she doesn’t come to the phone. As we are still stuck I. Line we ask team leader, who is delivering meals to the cars in front to come over, rude lady Vivian, to get the manager. Finally the manager comes out and helps us. The worst wantaburger we have ever been to.
