Whataburger - Restaurant in Humble - 8430 Farm to Market 1960 Bypass Rd W, USA

Ordered the avocado bacon burger and was served to me raw. I called and the person I spoke to over the phone was not concerned. Showed up the next day and one of the managers and the cashier had an attitude to begin with but my order was remade.

I ordered online and when I received my order, the bag and the contents were wet with soda and the seals to my food were broken. I contacted the location, knowing it was probably the fault of Favor, who they use to deliver their orders, but they completely blamed Favor. My issue is, TAKE RESPONSIBILITY IF YOU USE A SUBPAR DELIVERY SERVICE. I tried to contact the driver but they blamed the “girl at Whataburger” for my issue. This is the second time I’ve had issues at this restaurant- I will be letting others know about their lack of customer service and empathy.

I don't want to sound cheesy or over selling, but the food just hits the right taste buds you could wish for. Highly recommend you come to a Whataburger or Waterburger near you and try one yourself! In my opinion.

Ordered on the app for take out. Ordered medium fries. Nothing else. My son went inside when the app said the order would be ready. After nearly 10 minutes past when it should of been ready I went inside to make sure he was ok. They were extremely slow. The lady manager who was on duty was rude. She ignored me when I said I have a take out order of 1 medium fry. It was a male employee who quickly rushed to get the order for us. Then the fries weren't even hot. Slow service, cold food. Drive thru would of been faster.

I’m working nearby on a warehouse I’m a safety supervisor, it was a rainy day, Mrs. Elizabeth always have a great attitude, and great customer service, this day the floor was kind of wet , for people coming in and out, she made sure everyone was SAFE, put in wet floor signs, and mopping the floor trying to keep it dry, flawless performance. Angelina always has a smile on her face when she brings my food. Together they are unstoppable, I will miss coming in here when my job is done !! Excellent service all their customers feel like family , including me ,when we dining in . Thank you Mrs. Elizabeth I’ll see you tomorrow.

I've been coming to this Whataburger with my family for a long time now and the food and service has gotten even better. The food is always fresh, hot, and so delicious. I ordered the Honey BBQ Chicken Strip Sandwich with fries. The chicken was super juicy and flavorful...and thicc. They definitely don't skimp on the meat and sauce! A filling and satisfying meal!

First the drive thru lady didn't give me correct change and tried to steal 5 dollars. Got an attitude when I told her she didn't give me the correct change. Get to work and open my food and it's disgusting hashbrowns have been fried at least 3 times over and egg has been sitting out for i don't know how long . Stay away this place is nasty!
