Ordered online, paid at counter. Asked specifically for fresh hot fries (they were barely warm). Had chili cheeseburger (also about room temperature) very disappointing. Compare advertised photo of burger to what was received, YUCK 🤢.
The people working are super nice and was busy, especially drive thru but no excuses.
This location is a sorry excuse of a Whataburger. I used to have no complaints but lately quality has decreased significantly. You wait in a welfare line for 15 + minutes, only to receive fries my 10 year old could have made in the air fryer and a burger I’m sure SpongeBob could have made better. The girl at the window was nice, great customer service. Not sure what is happening in the back but it needs to change immediately.
What the heck is going on here. Really what happened? There’s always a wait now. The last 2 times my order “disappeared” and I waited approx 30-45 min for food. The employees have an attitude because it seems they’re short staffed. Like what happened? Management needed. Please fix because there isn’t many places to eat around here. There’s dirty tables and food everywhere and food and underneath appliances. These fries were out of box yet employee pulled more from back and dropped instead of using new box on floor that didn’t seem frozen anymore
Have to agree with the other reviews. I’ve given this location so many chances. It doesn’t matter if you are the only person there; it’s going to take at least 30 minutes. Whataburger needs to figure out how to make fast food fast.
Well today 1/4/ 24 I was the 9th or 10th vehicle in line at the drive thru, it took 40 minutes to get to the order window and additional 25 minutes to actually pay and receive my order. When I got to the window, I asked the cashier why it was taking so long, her reply was "I'm not really sure and we don't have the chili cheese burger would you like something else" WOW really, after looking in the window I counted at least 7 employees, so it couldn't be due to short of staff and apparently the manager was too busy to speak to customers
The food is pretty good it's okay just have a lot of time on your hands do not go through if you are in a hurry to go to work or needing to get to an appointment on time because this fast food restaurant will take you at a minimum of 10 minutes in the morning to get through their drive-thru but they are nice and the food is good they are just extremely slow
It was pretty busy and not once did I see anyone upset about a wrong order… that wouldn’t happen at those other places. Thank you ladies and gentlemen. Y’all have a great team.
Love What A Burger but sadly this one has customer service issues about 75% of the time. Last time I was there I waited 45 mins (I used the app so add 10 mins drive to that) for 2 burgers 2 onion rings and 1 fry. When I asked what the issue was I was told " we're just really busy" (they were not) then I was told "we are under staffed" nope just as many people as normal. Then I got my order... The fries and onion rings were great and hot ... But the burgers were cold ... Not cool ... Cold! Thankfully it is not always like this because this is the only one within 18 miles from my house.
Delicious.
We had menudo, a hippo, a barbacoa taco & a breakfast childs plate for my son.
Menudo was some of the best Ive had in a while.
Barbacoa was nice and cheek meaty w no fat.
Hippo was...a full hippo.
Childs breakfast plate was old school and
So great to see employees having fun while they work! This is the best Chicken Express I've been to. The lady at the drive thru knows what excellent customer service is!!! Thanks forna great experience! We'll be back!
Angleton Texas take note of this gem of a restaurant you have. Authentic fresh ingredients and flavors. This place makes you feel like your Abuela's in the kitchen. The Barbacoa and the menudo are the stars of the show for the weekend crowd and they
I chose the Veal parmigiana and it was phenomenal. The sauce had a sweet flavor that wasnât over powering. It was about 20 to 25 but well worth it. I will return.
Been here twice now. Once for the range and once for the mini golf and it was great both times. Super fun and I'll probably go here again for either thing.
Early in the morning with two of my Great grandsons, It was clean. No homeless individuals close by. Safe place. Only problem was, wife kept locking my truck up. We had toys inside to play with in the park. Very Clean
Outside of the fact that they have the most entertaining karaoke on Friday night in Brazoria County, the bartenders and wait staff are OUTSTANDING!!!! EVERY SINGLE TIME I've come in here, they've treated me and mine like we were royalty, which isn't
I use a walker to get around now and I also have an RN who helps me, but I can still get around, and she and I visited this store. We walked the entire store (for my "exercised") and believe me, this store has everything! From clothing to home good
