Whataburger - Restaurant in Humble - 4831 Wilson Rd, USA

I had never been to this Whataburger before a few months ago. I was late by 10 minutes for breakfast but they had no problem making me breakfast and it was a special order of eggs, onions and jalapeno. I honestly have not missed a weekend since. It has been about 2 -3 months for every Saturday and Sunday before I go to work. I order eggs, extra onions and jalapenos. Today, I told manager, if he wanted, I would be a spokesman for free. He asked, instead would I be willing to do a Google review? Absolutely. The food is really good and I'm treated so well that I feel compelled to write this review. In all the years of possibly doing reviews, I think this is my second review. Good luck!

I placed an order online 15 minutes ago and arrived here only to find out my order was not started.This is the slowest Whataburger I've ever been to. The employees just stand around and move slowly getting people's orders out. They clearly don't care about customers service or time management. It is 4am and I have other things to do than to be standing here waiting 30 minutes for one sandwich and a drink. These people clearly have never moved fast for anything in there lives, I wonder how they would handle being busy. I advise NOT ordering from here unless you have nothing else to do with your time.

They took 17 min to get my order ready and it was the watawings and onion rings, they never have milk shakes at night time they say the machine is getting cleaned and no one is cleaning it 😡 plus the lady was flirting with a guy and took a while to charge me I had my window open with my card ready and it was 38 outside they really need management present to do their job properly. I know I won't be visiting this place when I'm hungry.

I do not know where to start there was a 10-15 minute wait to get my food my fries with cold, the milkshake was just like water I said no onion on my burger I found onion on my burger I bring it back in to have it made over guess what they had onions on 2nd burger couldn't get it together also I got another milkshake it was somewhat better I just gave up will never return again The bacon was not even cooked well done. The guy in the Kitchen cooking food wipe his hands on his pants with his gloves on young lady wants to know how do you eat your food if you don't eat your food without onion are all the season on my meat that's none of her business

Good place, good food for most of the time. I recently got chicken tenders meal with gravy about 9 in the evening and i want impressed. Tenders were small and looked and tasted over fried. But I've chalked that up to a one-time oof. So that was my 1 bad experience. I will be going back.

First I do order a meal. The cashier lady proceeded to charge me large with out asking me Second. I do order to eat there dine in They brought me my food in palate bag. With the person delivery in bad way He just say here you go In a mood to be tire My fries was to salty Other then couple issues here and there Nothing else

Came here to get what I thought was going to be a quickly easy meal, ended up waiting in line for over 30 minutes. I ordered add ons of jalapeños and mayo with no mustard. Got mustard and no jalapeños. Called the store and they had an attitude, wanted me to come back and bring the food at 1 in the morning like I don’t have things to do in the morning, needless to say go somewhere that is staffed enough in order to prepare food. Asked to talk with manager and was told they were on the phone. Who’s on the phone at one in the morning unless it’s with another upset guest. Paid my money to grab food out of my fridge. What a joke.

Luke takes great care of us in a timely manner. Service is swift and welcoming. 🙌🏽 Quality of food is fresh, hot, correct.
