Whataburger - Restaurant in Pace - 5648 Woodbine Rd, USA

Came in late, 1 a.m. was on a late night emergency service call and afterwards I rode over to one my favorite places. Something bout fixing appliances sure works up an appetite. Anyways, they have magical soap in their restroom. Something "cleansing" and "pure" about it. The staff was super nice, had my order ready in no time at all, and they let me eat inside! Made me feel like a human being. The food was delicious. It was so good. I like this Whataburger a lot. Would recommend it over most all of them in the surrounding area. They even play really good music.

We're locals and really wish this location was better. We have never had a correct order, even on the most mundane requests (no tomatoes). The food is fine, but any customization are guaranteed to be wrong. Good luck!

The store overall has a good atmosphere. But every time I come here, my food gets messed up and or is cold. Wouldn’t be a big issue except when I’m waiting 20 mins for food. To top it off, I get the food after waiting 20 mins and fries are stale and lukewarm, and my breakfast burger had onions. Last I checked the breakfast burger didn’t include onions.

The guy who took my order at the drive thru never told me my amount at speaker. I drove ahead to the window and then told me how much the cost was. He also talked so I could barely hear him. He needs to learn effective communication.

Only guest in the dining room just waited 15 min to get my food while drive through orders were being pushed through efficiently not to mention it is cold outside and they have the ac on in the dining room while having no priority to serve my order. No manager contact or acknowledgment of lack services inside the restaurant.

I honestly wish that there was a 0 star option just so I can rate this place 0 stars. Last night I went to this Whataburger and waited 50 minutes for three cheeseburgers and three fries which is absolutely ridiculous. I will admit they were busy for the first 15 minutes but after that they were really slow. 50 minutes for three cheeseburgers is absolutely unacceptable. The service here is always slow but yesterday was just terrible. After waiting 50 minutes for my food the fries came out burnt and on top of that they were old. I work in a restaurant and I genuinely have a lot of patience because I know how it is. But last night was absolutely horrendous.

I wish i could rate this place zero stars. This is the worst Whataburger in the entire Northwest FL area. The restaurant is gross, dirty, and covered with flies. You'll easily wait 30-45 minutes for your food (even if you placed an order online). My orders are constantly wrong, or items are missing. The food you do get is cold & rock hard. The sweet tea tastes like dirt water with a hint of sugar. The McDonald's down the street is 100 times better than this place.

Every time I come to this Whataburger I have to pull forward. I'm not a fan of fudging your times to look good. There is no reason I should have to pull forward and wait longer for one sandwich and 2 drinks. If it happened every once in a while I could look past it. Not every single time.
