Whataburger - Restaurant in Shreveport - 2900 N Market St, USA

Got our food and brought it home to find that the sandwich was cold and so were the fries. The sandwich bread was not toasted and looked like bread put a ham and cheese sandwich. Food is expensive and when you pay almost $25 dollars for fast food you expect it to be at least warm. SMH

We ordered through the drive through but the young woman taking our order was very kind. It’s nice to grab breakfast with a smiling face at the window!

It was definitely the location. I am not saying age should play a factor in doing your job well. But this night the store was staff with early 20 something year old. When I arrived, there were 4 people in the drive-through. After 20 mins in line, I parked and went it. After ordering my food almost immediately, I waited 32 mins for a breakfast bowl. Why, you say? Everyone was high. NOTICEABLE High.

Went on September 26, 2023 around 8:30pm. This location, staff did not get my order right (seemed on purpose since she confirmed it with me) and brought me food with no ketchup or napkins in the drive through. Ice tea had very little ice. Parked and went in to get ketchup, napkins, and ice (didn’t notice the cheese on the burger till I was already gone). This is not Whataburger level at all.

I want to tell you if you are close and get a chance, stop by this restaurant. My wife has never tried Whataburger, so on our way home we stopped by one on the way out of town. Much to our delight the drive through employee, Sharee, was such a delightful change of pace from other locations we've encountered lately. She was smart, funny, approachable, and smiling. She even asked me to taste my diet coke to see if I liked it before we left to make sure it was properly carbonated and offered another brand at no charge if I felt like it wasn't. The #1 w/cheese is better than most with a very large drink and at a reasonable charge. Sharee, thank you, you made our day with your A++ customer service.

Great burgers and fries! Only thing is make sure to check your order before you leave. Was taking food for a relative per request and got 35 miles home to find no fries and onion rings in either bag. Very frustrating! Whataburger on North Market Street, Shreveport, LA 71107

It's a solid fast food joint with multiple options for entrees. Burgers, chicken, salads, etc. Open 24/7 but service level varies based on location and time of day. I've had some experience in which I'm in and out in under 3 minutes and others where I have spent 3/4 of and hour after ordering before I got my food. All in all I recommend Whataburger.

It was just a really long wait. There were a few cars ahead of me but when a car would pull up to the window and pay for their food the was still on average a 5 minute wait before they got their food and left. I know I always have to wait when I go to whataburger, and I choose to go there anyway because their food is always so good but this was way more than the average whataburger wait. Maybe they were short staffed and its not always like that. I don't know.
