Whataburger - Restaurant in El Paso - 3500 Dyer St, USA

Whataburguer is definitely my favorite hamburger restaurant. What compelled me to do this review is that, unlike in other sites, this team was having fun and taking care of business. They were all hustling and giving prompt and friendly service without stressing out.

I’ve gone to this whataburger many times in the mornings and the 4am crew is always in a bad mood for making them do their work, so they serve however they feel like. Corporate needs to manage them better.

What is it with the northeast and having the worst people employed? The majority of fast food restaurants here have rude, couldn’t care less, people that don’t want to work but this whataburger is the worst. Waited forever in the drive pickup spot and finally went in to get my food. No line, inside or drive thru so they weren’t busy. My bag was just sitting there. Told them I ordered 20 minutes ago. What looked like the manager just looked at a young kid he went to get bag and handed it to me. The manger looked at me like I messed up her morning and the kid just gave me bag. I asked him if they even check their orders that I’ve been waiting out there for while. He didn’t even acknowledge me. No apologies, nothing. Worst, which is a shame because northeast is so beautiful and has a lot to offer.

I ordered a double meat whataburger meal large and asked to make sure there was no cheese. When I got to the window to pay and get my order, I was asked to please leave a survey. I looked in the bag and noticed there was no ketchup. I then replied if I could please have ketchup. She asked regular or spicy and I replied regular. Once i left i noticed she ended up giving me spicy ketchup. When I got home my hamburger had nothing but the patties and bread! I said no cheese, not absolutely nothing on it. I was busy working and had to eat on the go so I had no time to return or call. I was extremely frustrated. I don't understand how the employee can be so quick to ask for a survey without making sure the service is what was asked for in the first place.

Great Teamwork. Had us in n out quick 👍. Monster meals packed with extra seasoning. We loved it. Great job guys!

Do not shop here customer service is the worst. I was robbed $15.24 on November 25th I never received my curbside order. Called customer service they pretended to log my complaint I never got refunded. Today I walked in to mngr he blamed it on the app. I’ve got more to do with my life than to chase $15 I will never purchase Whataburger again.

One of the rudest Managers I've come across! Wow! Just because he gets a line of customers @ 10pm & evidently he's trying to leave, sorry "Salvador"! People can still here ur comments to ur crew & some of us understand spanish! On a happy note, my burger was delicious 😋 good job to the one making the burgers! 5 🌟 's to that employee. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We ordered 3 regular burgers and a chicken sandwich. I didn't get all my order. When I called the person that answered my call hung up on me. Ok so I called back and no answer. How unprofessional is that. Went back a week later. They got my order wrong again. They would not correct even with receipt. Will not go back. These youngsters have no respect.
