Call me old-fashioned, but I still believe in excellent customer service. The food at Whataburger is almost always 😋 delish. The customer service, not so much 🙄. They weren't rude, I just got the impression they wanted to be somewhere else, and for a second, so did I , but the smell of those burgers on the grill, held me there. 🙃
Very slow service. I ordered curbside but had to go inside to pickup because after a moderate wait it never came out. Server was friendly but overall service was very slow.
Service was extremely slow, considering there were only 2 orders ahead of us.
I love Whataburger. It's very nostalgic for me. The people here were really awesome. I ordered a couple of extra burger patties. I let them know that it's for my dog, and they didn't even charge me. The food was on point as well as customer service.
I was from out of town and just wanted a quick snack because we still had a while to drive for vacation, and it just wasn't the best. We ordered just fries and an onion ring, and it took a pretty good while to get our food, about 16 minutes. The kitchen seemed crazy but the lobby was slow.
A great stop on our road trip to fuel up on some good food.
Great burger and great service but be advised if you're a trucker. From the reviews, I see that it isn't the owner's fault but rather the neighbors who complain about engines running. It's ok I guess if you don't mind turning off your truck while you get your food. Just don't try to eat it in your truck with the engine running. They will run you off quick
It's Whataburger. Yet another reason the great republic of Texas is great. You cannot go wrong at Whataburger. It's just awesome. Never had a bad experience at ANY Whataburger.
Our playoff football game this week took us to Nacogdoches and we tried Sam's Southern Eatery. We told our waitress that we were headed to a game so she took our drink and food order and told us she would put the food order in and then bring us our
Love cotton patch! Really good food! Really good service! Funny thing, I asked for ground beef in the queso dip and I got a cut up hamburger patty. I Told them I'd buy them a blender for next time! ððð they made an attempt to help a customer
The burgers here are so good. I also recommend trying their quacamole, salsa, and queso trio with chips for an appetizer. I'm never disappointed. The servers are always so friendly.
We are passing through and looking for a Mexican food place. I gave this place a 5 but they deserve a 10âï¸ it was absolutely the best Street Taco Iâve ever had. The corn shells were homemade amazing. My husband had fajitas. Flour shells homema
Came in for a random lunch with a buddy. Got the 3 for Me with a drink, appetizer, and main for a nice price. Extra shout-out to Shirelle? Cherille? who was our combo bartendress-cum-waitress, she was brilliant!
Beautifully renovated historic hotel. Rooms have been upgraded with modern amenities. The rooms are small compared to new hotels/motels . The restaurants and bar are an attraction of their own with good food, drink and service. The pool area is refre
Came across a little gem of a BBQ spot in Nacogdochesâ¦Brendynâs BBQ. Walked up to the counter and the lady doing the meat cutting kindly gave me an overview of the menu. I already saw her make a couple of sandwiches and was impressed, she is a sk
Lots of green space to play in and a pretty nice playground that was updated a few years back. Much more to play on when we were coming over 5 years ago. Plenty of nice trails too. Also, it was nice to check out the Goodman Bridge they have placed h
Outstanding donuts, one of the best I've had in Texas. Light, flaky, wonderful flavor. Had cinnamon rolls, glazed twists, and cake donuts. Each was amazing. Staff was super nice. Got me a place for donuts in Nacadoches ð.
Love that the atmosphere is laid back and itâs not as crazy as Starbucks. (Which I always have the worst experience) The coffee is great here too! I like to drink my coffee and read a good book and study.. I have never had a bad experience and the
The coffee shop is shaped from a house, a very cool environment. There's plenty of comfortable seating, the baristas are quick and friendly, and the coffee is great.
We tried this on a Thursday "Steak Night". We didn't know you are supposed to call in advance but they were so nice and fixed my wife and I a great steak dinner anyway. We will be back.
Wanted to give a HUGE shout out to Blue Horse Bakery in Nacogdoches. They made the cake for my son's baptism and it was by far the best cake I have ever had. Plus, it looked so beautiful we were wary of even cutting into it!! As if it couldn't get an
I asked whatâs a good place to eat and got this recommendation. What s great recommendation!!! Itâs inside the hotel, but worth the visit. The fish was fresh, cooked well, tasty with just some lemon added (no tarter sauce needed). The coleslaw w
