Great burger made correctly to order. Delicious fries. All made quickly and delivered to the table. This place is conveniently located but it is almost always busy. I went for an early lunch on a Thursday just before 11am and was surprised that it was so empty. Most of the customers were in the drive thru. Employees were very friendly. Restaurant was very clean.

Got off work after bad night and was starving, so just run to whataburger. The voice I heard immediately made things seem better, as I continued to order, got to the window paid and received my order my night went from bad to good, all because of the customer service provided by Rilee, from start to finish she gave 110%, was uplifting and is by far the best customer service I have had in a long time. I know I told you and even the manager, but just want you to know again you made my night! Keep it up!

Service was great and food was amazing. They had a crowd as usual but everything was well stocked and I didn’t have to wait too long for my food which was fresh when they bought it to me. I wish I could move this staff to the location closest to me in central Florida! Thank you guys!! #reservist

Did drive thru for two kids meals. Only one of two was dressed correctly. Plain Justaburger had cheese and my son pitched a fit when I got home after seeing cheese on his burger. I should have checked before I left. Anyway, when I returned a short time later to get order corrected, drive thru worker kept mentioning a total for the replacement burger, until she finally understood that I just wanted my burger made correctly. Maybe an off day.

Stopped for dinner for a quick bite. The restaurant was very clean and neat. Employees were very friendly and attentive and did not try to upsell, which I appreciated. After ordering, I was given a number to place on my table identifying where to deliver my order. The server also stopped by to offer several condiments. Also used the restroom which was decently maintained considering it being a fast food restaurant. Overall, a great burger served steaming hot with freshly made fries.
