Whataburger - Restaurant in Weslaco - 318 N Westgate Dr, USA

Ordered a pie and just a burger and added an egg with Monterrey Jack cheese, tried redeeming another chili cheese burger coupon but it expired at midnight, it was 1:15am, this is one of the locations I think that isn’t usually the busiest. Down the street from Panther Stadium 🏟️

I don’t recommend you pick up food at this location, it’s usually packed and the quality of the food shows. After waiting for our correct order (they gave us the wrong one first) we get home and find a completely raw chicken sandwich. 🙁

C’mon guys! you guys can do better than that! why even serve it like this?

Was great, meal was hot,served within 2 minutes, the order taker "Juan",was very through in taking my order, and came exactly as ordered!!,in summary it's a great store, thank you!!

This is the way we received our order to go. Looks like someone took a bite out of my burger, but I'm sure that's not the case. The Whataburger Jr was minced almost beyond recognition. Total order $22+ usd. 1/3 of order to general satisfaction. Paying premium dollar just like everyone else. Gas is pretty high to go back and get re-order. We don't live close. Spoke with a manager named Rosario. She said we could come back. Refused. She said she would make it right. Placed on compensation list. We'll see. I'll come back and edit review if they do. 7-25-22 Edit----- Whataburger had the previous review removed. Placed new review....now this one is back. Went back, order was replaced. Forced to check ✔️ order...should have done this on the first order and Rosario kept the original receipt. That's ok I took a pic. Done with Whataburger. It's not like people don't have a choice. Seems Whataburger cares more about image control rather than getting things correct the first time. Good Riddance !!!! 'YOU PAY FOR THIS AND THEY GIVE YOU THAT' - NY

Great customer service and food but what they lack is on time orders. I placed my order ahead of my arrival and it still still took them an extra 15 minutes after I arrived to receive my order.

I wanted a burger not chicken. I got charged for exactly what I ordered but I got this intead. The bread looked like someone had squished it and had taken a bite 🤦🏻‍♀️🤮 I've been trying but if the soda isn't watered down the burger is cold or wrong order what is going on. I've been trying Whataburger but you haven't been treating me right 😪

Horrible customer service...they didnt even take my order I was at the drivethru lane and nobody aswered me so I drove up and instead of apologizing the girl immediatly went on aggressive mode.
