Whataburger - Restaurant in Gulf Breeze - 1135 Gulf Breeze Pkwy, USA

The food here is usually pretty good, however they will at times have a limited menu. During spring break they got rid of a number of options on their menu, including the chicken sandwich which is my usual order. They said it was to accommodate the Spring break crowd, and I thought that was really odd as I have not experienced this at another fast food place before. So during this time I didn't go there at all. Aside from that, the service going through the drive-through is incredibly slow. I spent close to an hour last time waiting in the drive-through and there weren't even many people in line. After getting to the window, it was clear they were understaffed, which was causing long wait times.

Hey, it’s on the corner right off the bridge and you can miss it. It’s clean and the people there today were nice overall. As I am a transplant from the south living in the north, I do not have the opportunity to eat at one as I would like.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. The employee who helped us was one of the nicest guys you'd ever want to meet. The food was prepared quickly and was good.

I asked for a grilled chicken sandwich with NO American cheese, but not only did it have American cheese which tastes gross to me but it’s like they soaked the chicken in salt water and that’s all I could taste SALT and the 🤮🤮🤮American cheese. I ordered a large fry. They put hot fries on top but half way through there were cold stale fries. Won’t be back.

Went to whataburger in gulf breeze florida. Trash all over the floor. Atleast four people including myself almost slipped and fell from spilled water on the floor. Trashcan so full that customers made a pyramid of trash on top of the tray return. The worst part was finding a bag of methamphetamine on the floor. Contacted their so called customer care team several times. Was told they are going to escalate the incident and contact me. Haven't been contacted yet!!! This is a sorry excuse for a restaraunt!!!

Used the app to order ahead to avoid a long wait. The food took 17 minutes longer than the app said it would. Ordered 2 meals, a salad, and 2 kids meals. They forgot one meal all together, didn’t put the gravy in with the one of the kids meals. All the food was cold and the fries were partially filled. I would high recommend not going.

Whenever we are on vacation, we stop at Whataburger! You cannot go wrong! Great food , service, quality and price!

WRONG NOT HOT ORDERS TOO OFTEN NO MATTER WHAT LOCATION NOT VERY CLEAN OVER ALL REALLY NEED TO IMPROVE COUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITY OF FOOD HIGHLY RECOMMEND SPICY KETCHUP TO ADD FLAVOR TO THE FOOD
