Whataburger - Restaurant in Pensacola - 6129 Mobile Hwy, USA

Large onion rings order was smashed with 2 salad dressing cups, and the shake machine trick except he couldn't refund because of online ordering... I have had multiple issues with late night orders here beware.

I went through the drive thru and bought two large fries. When we got home and opened the bag the fries could of fit in one container. We bought that to share with our kids and everyone barely got any. We also waited forever for them. Great tasting fries but needs work on the service.

Service at this location is always stellar! However, the sweet tea always tastes off... And I hate when I dine-in and can't get ice. Someone obviously needs to take control of the drink station. The food is always great though and the staff is friendly and helpful. I am enjoying the use of the app and curbside pickup. Love the brownie reward for 200 points! That's my go-to pick me up treat! 😊 Only thing I would change is the sweet tea and the ice machines!

I gave this one star rating,not based on the food, but on the service that we received. Andrea took our order and was so very rude to my mom! I understand that people have bad days but this seemed to be her natural nature- at least to the customers- the ones in front of us and behind us received the same rudeness from has as we did! (she was cracking a smile and being nice to other employees)We will not be back to this location.

Mobile Hwy , Pensacola Fl. This location is poorly managed, orders wrong, no coffee at 8:00 AM, Long waits, not always friendly, seems drive-thru gets orders quicker, have to ask for things ie creamer, sugar. We eat here frequently but not any more! Nothing to do with food.

Waited over an hour for a mobile order I placed 10 mins before arriving, then they said it never went through even though it did. The sweet tea was old and moldy tasting and my whole order was cold and messed up. I'm from Texas, so I was expecting that same Texan Whataburger service, sadly, I was quite disappointed. This morning my boyfriend decided to try getting breakfast and brought it to our place, the sausage gravy was gross and the biscuit was hard as a rock. I hoped for the best, and feel bad for my bf because after 2 meals thrown into the trash, I'm starving. 😔

The manager and another assistant were down right horrible to the team members. I am from Wisconsin so I don’t know anyone that works here, but sure have walked off that job! No one should be treated like that. The longer we were there the more I wanted to go tell them to be a little nicer…Work together and be nice! Food was good and the other team members were trying their best…

As fast food goes they have a good burger I really enjoy. It's a little bit pricey for fast food, but sometimes I just get a hankering for their big flat burgers. You get a good bit of food for the money too. I feel bad for places that don't have one and I don't think I could ever live somewhere that doesn't.
